1987 Trans Am Project Cherry Bomb Glasspack Muffler - 3 inch Exhaust
Jordan wanted a little different Exhaust note out of his Trans Am, so we decided to try a good old fashioned glasspack muffler. In this video, we installed a 23 inch Cherry Bomb, 3 inch inlet and outlet, glasspack in place of the Flowmaster that we had on there. We're pretty happy with sound...it seems to have a deeper rumble at idle, but it's not annoying while cruising down the highway. I know some people can't stand the look of a single Exhaust tip on a trans am, but it doesn't really bother us. Besides, eventually the we're going to do an engine swap and we'll probably put all new Exhaust on when we do that. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching!

This is a older video of a friends Camaro. It's a 477ci engine with what sounds like a huge camshaft. This car has a four inch Exhaust system with moroso race mufflers and a crossover pipe. 99 Camaro Z28 fully custom, dual glasspack exhaust
Fully custom 3", y pipe back Exhaust. Modeled after the GMMG design, this setup replaces the chambered portions with glass packs. Nice deep tone with great back pressure sounds. I prefer this setup over most other design because I didn't want it to sound like every other one out there, and so it don't sound like a truck. Fairly quiet under light throttle/normal driving, then mean and meaty under load.

Loud Chevy 350 Straight Glasspack Exhaust
1991 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado reg cab short box 4x4, 350 5.7L TBI, posi rear end, 20k on built trans 70k on motor. 3in glasspack at the downpipe and 10 feet of 2 inch O.D. straight back after that. no cats. This vid was from the day after install. Not even broken in.

In this video, we show you how to install an Exhaust system from the catalytic converter on back. We got a 20 dollar Cherrybomb turbo muffler from Autozone, and it really made the ride quieter. It's hard to hear the Exhaust tone due to the California emission dual catalytic converter package.
