ATI Challenger Drag Pak
The ATI Drag Pak Challenger, driven by JC Beattie Jr, is ready for the 2011 racing season. The Challenger is equipped with a Gary Stanton prepared Hemi, ATI built 904 trans stuffed with an ATI Treemaster converter, and 8-¾ rear end.
JC had a string of top 5 qualifiers and even a class win at the Toyo Tires Nationals in Reading, PA with only a few runs down the quarter mile.

A 1/4 mile ride in Joel Nystroms Hemi 4 speed GTX
Mike Kamm sat in the back seat of my 67 Plymouth GTX, an original 30,000 mile Hemi 4 speed car, while I carefully baby it down Norwalks 1/4 mile dragstrip. This pass was run on original style G70-14 bias ply tires, so there was tire spin. Thats why I had to back pedal a little in 1st and the shift light never went off in 2nd. I had the light set to come on at 6500 rpm, but wasn't shifting untill 7000. This was a mid 11 second pass at about 124 mph.
