Camaro SS vs Challenger SRT8 vs Shelby GT500 | Edmunds.com
Check out the 10 Worst Fast & Furious Cars http://vid.io/xqwF 2010 Camaro SS vs. 2009 Challenger SRT8 vs. 2010 Shelby GT500 In our recent pony car comparison test, the retro-heavy - and just plain heavy - 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS walked away with top honors in its debut. The big V8-powered coupe needed a new challenge. It was time to refocus the lens. Shoot from a different angle, so to speak. So we squared the brooding visage of our SS-badged protagonist up against the cruelest bunch of savages we could find, the range-topping 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 and 2010 Ford Shelby GT500. 2010 Challenger SRT8 6.1L with SRT Max Cam
2010 Challenger SRT8 6.1L with SRT Max Cam installed August 2012 by Dings Automotive in Vancouver, WA. Idle is at about 750 once idle settles in. When coming to a stop while driving, the cam likes to bump a lil bit on the vacuum/brakes which takes a lil to get used to. Best 1/4 mile was 12.491@110.26 on Hoosier drag radials

Dodge Challenger (3rd Gen) SRT8 w Billy Boat Exhaust
http://www.bbExhaust.com/car/magnum (--uses same Exhaust system) Dodge Challenger R/T & SRT8. With priding themselves in being the first to market with performance Exhaust systems for todays latest applications, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust never dreamed that they would be building a system for one of the most recognized names of the pony-car era the Dodge Challenger after all the car was 16 years old when Billy Boat Performance Exhaust first opened. However, after a 35 year hiatus Dodge has returned the two-door rear-wheel-drive coupe to their line up and in true form Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has designed systems for both the R/T and SRT-8 models. Manufactured using only the highest grade T304 stainless steel material available, B&B is the only aftermarket system to use 3 tubing throughout the entire system. Each system is mandrel bent using CNC benders to ensure a precision fit on every system. Along with the larger 3 tubing B&B has designed a muffler using our proprietary PRT (Purge Resonance Technology) for increased Exhaust flow for added 17 horsepower and 21 foot pounds of torque. Another benefit of the PRT is a nice deep muscle car bark at idle, acceleration and cruising speeds while all but eliminating the in-cabin, low frequency resonation. To finish the system off Billy Boat Performance Exhaust gives you the choice of either retaining the factory tips or with optional quad squoval tips.
