How to make a v10 lamborghini sound with your mouth
Man, this is one heck of a video. You've probably seen - or heard - your
buddies, or maybe people on the internet making car noises with their mouth
Well this guy, Alexis from Argentina, takes it one step further. He
instructs step-by-step how to very accurately replicate the sound of a
Lamborghini V10 engine with your mouth, using just a can, some patience,
and maybe luck. If you don't want to watch the tutorial and just want to
hear the noise, skip to 5:25 to have your eyes, mind, and ears blown away,
oh and listen for that epic downshift at 6:15.
Enjoy, fellow car enthusiasts, and live out those childhood dreams.

Quick Tip-Throttle Cleaning - EricTheCarGuy
This one goes out to BowlingBallOut who posted a question about a sticky
throttle on his Saturn. It was a great question so I decided to make this
video in response to it. There are many different configurations of
throttle assemblies but for the most part if you have a throttle that is
sticking you might be able to fix it using the procedures in this video. I
am aware you may not able to purchase spray throttle cleaner in some states
now but I'm sure they have some alternative available at your local parts
One very important note here is that if you have a drive by wire throttle
(DBW), then I do NOT recommend this procedure. If you perform this
procedure on a DBW throttle body you may need to have the throttle reset in
order to get your engine to idle or even start. I only recommend this
procedure if you're trying to correct a problem with a sticking throttle.
If you have idle problems, I recommend you check out this article on my

Cold Air Intake - Explained
How cold air intakes work. How do cold air intakes increase horsepower? What is the
relationship between air temperature and horsepower? This video
explains the theory behind cold air intakes.
Note: This video assumes pressure remains constant for all situations, and
that air density is strictly dependent on air temperature. This video also
assumes air is dry, containing 79% nitrogen and 21% oxygen.

How to Customize a Universal Cold Air Intake Filter System - Pep Boys
Spectre Performance demonstrates in this video how to customize a universal
cold air intake kit using parts you can find at your local neighborhood Pep
Boys. Using universal parts you can simply assemble them in any fashion to
create the look you want to make.
First we take off the existing air cleaner and install a single 4 inch
plenum. Lay the plenum where your air filter was and put it in any
direction you like. Screw on the plenum with the existing air filter nut or
a custom nut of your choice. You will need couplers that will connect the
different intake tubes together that can be turned to mold within your
engine compartment. Simply slide on the coupler to the plenum and fit
accordingly. Secure the clamp on the coupler to the ridge inside and then
you can add additional tubing for the length you desire. Remember not to
tighten the clamps too hard, because you may need to move your tubing
around until you create a final fit. Rotate and adjust as needed. Attach
your air filter to the end of the tubing. You can find inserts that go
into the filter to accommodate a 3 or 3.5 inch tube. Once you have the
final placement in place, be sure then to go back and tighten all of the
clamps to hold the filter system securely in place.
The advantages to having a custom air intake filter system located in the
front of your engine is that you can take advantage of the air stream and
receive colder air going into the intake system instead of the hot air that
your standard filter was providing. Customizing your cold air intake
system is pretty simple once you know a few simple tricks. Not only will
your new custom air intake system look great, but it will increase your
engine's overall performance.
