1984 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am T-Tops

Thought I'd give you all a look at the TransAm that my son desperately wants for his first car. My father owned an 83 Trans Am and an 86 Firebird, I owned a 85 Trans Am in GTA trim. So I guess it is a bit of a family tradition at this point. They do offer a pretty good mix of power, handling, and economy. Hope you enjoy taking a look, thanks for watching.

Whenever I want to mix things up a bit, I sometimes grab one weight and complete a circuit of various exercises using the same poundage for all of them. If these exercise are completed without any rest breaks in between then it will also give you a good cardio workout as well. Hope you find this information useful, thanks for watching.
