Das Auto wurde hier in Deutschland von Fachbetrieben 2009 restauriert!

One of the guys at my work decides it's time to put his 1968 Mustang away for the winter, but
before doing so, has to burn the tires off in a huge smokeshow in our Staff
parking lot. Really funny, really smokey and just plain cool.

this is my 68 Mustang resto
PROJECT it is a project so dont hate its not finished moment the inside
motor and underside of the car is done but it needs paint pretty bad , the
motor has a wiesco rotating assimbley the block is bored .30 over it has
ported canfield 195 heads with a 3 angle valve job it has a lunati bracket
master 2 cam this ones specs were 242 dur 512 lift 110 lobe sep it
currently has a smaller cam in it its still a Lunati bracket master 2 but
its much smaller , it has comp cam push rods 100th longer summit stage 2
intake with a holley 670 street avenger carb it has proform roller rockers
dave myers built trans 8 inch rear 3500 stall . this was filmed with a
brokin muffler thats why there is a pop noise (its fixed now) and its
ideled way up it was littlery the 2nd time i started the car with that cam
in it so dont hate . its just a nasty little street car

to roll out a new engine to compete in NASCAR - the BOSS 429. This was a
semi-hemispherical headed V8 designed to compete with Dodge's 426 Hemi that
was leading the pack on the NASCAR super speedways. NASCAR rules say that
you need to sell at least 500 copies of a "street" version of any engine
you planned to race, so Ford needed to build a civilian BOSS 429 for the
general public. The interesting part is that Ford interpreted the rule book
and noticed that the engine didn't have to be in the same car raced... so
they could stuff a BOSS 429 into a Mustang rather than the Torinos being
used in NASCAR. The result was a super-bad Mustang with a custom-installed 375
HP NASCAR engine under the hood. From the Brothers Collection.

This 1967 Mustang Coupe is
painted a striking Dark Metallic Blue with a very nice finish. Interior is
all black. Body is very straight and underside looks excellent with very
clean rust free floorpans and underbody. This car has a plethora of go fast
goodies. The Ford small block engine is rebuilt (13,000 miles ago) with a
CHP 306 Street Fighter stroker kit. It has Edelbrock aluminum heads (EDL
6025) with 202/160 valves. An Edelbrock Cam (EDL 7122) 496/520 lift, and an
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold (EDL 7121). All this is topped of
with a Demon 4bbl double squirter 650 cfm carburator. The dual Exhaust starts with full length headers
(Hedman), and finishes with Dynomax Race magnum mufflers to
give the engine a nice rumble. The transmission is a rebuilt C4 custom
transmission by Brandon Transmission in Florida, it has a nice shift kit,
operated via a Hurst V-Matic2 shifter, and a TCI torque converter with a
2800 rpm stall speed. Rear end is a Ford 9" with posi-traction and a 3.50
gear ratio. Ignition has been converted over to a DUI distributor from the
original points distributor.
This Mustang has a front
disc brake conversion with 4 piston calipers from Stainless Steel Brakes
Corporation. It is a factory A/C car with a hi performance aluminum rotary
compressor, and 4 core radiator, and a 6 blade flex fan. Tires on the car
look fairly new but have some curb rash on the white letters. Suspension
components were all replaced recently at Mid-cities Mustang. All mechanical systems on
the car appear to be in good or excellent condition.
