1965 Chevy II Nova Drag Car 800HP 540 Big-block
1965 Chevrolet Nova Chevy II Drag Car. It has an all steel body with glass windows, and has a square tube chassis with a moly tube front end with coil over suspension and rack and pinion steering. It is powered by a 540 CID Chevy big block MPG race engine with a Merlin block, Eagle crank and rods, JE pistons, Brodex heads, Comp Cams full roller assembly, Holley Dominator carburetor, MSD 7A ignition, and the engine has never been sprayed! This setup comes in at about 800 horsepower with tons of torque to go along with it. This is hooked up to a Powerglide transmission with a TCI brake and a 4500 stall converter. The rear end is a Dana 60 with a 4.88 spool and this car has Strange disc brakes. This car only weighs 3,400 pounds and there's only 22 passes on the engine! It had new valve springs installed last year, and the tires are a mere two years old with plenty of life left. This is a true, ready for the strip car! Thanks for watching! American Aston Martin? '66 Malibu: /BIG MUSCLE
Owner: • ENZO MORALES A long wheelbase, v8 or v12 power, front engine/rear drive configuration, and a sport-tuned suspension with four comfy seats inside. That ladies and gentlemen is the recipe for any good grand touring car. Modern automobiles like the Mercedes-Benz CL63, BMW M6 and the Bentley Continental GT are perfect examples of this. How about a 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu though - what about that? When released in 1966, this 2nd generation Chevelle was nothing more than a mid-priced, nicely appointed people mover with some decent styling. However now, some 47 years later, owner Enzo Morales has transformed this particular car into a jaw-dropping, hardcore styled road burner that is just as happy running the super-slab at triple digits as it is carving up your favorite back road.

250 chevy inline 6 in 65 Chevelle wagon lump port head
This video was made to show how a street modified inline 6 can run. The cam and compression are street fuel friendly. Car weighs in at 3600 lbs empty. 2.56 rear gears Mileage is 20 MPG going 75-80 MPH I have owned this car since 2004. It sat in the garage waiting for a purpose. It had a 194 inline and a powerglide trans with 3.08 gears. In may of 2012 we decided to get it ready to take to the Inliners International Convention in Carson City Nevada. The 194 and trans were pulled. The 250 Dyno engine was installed. This engine was a Dyno mule to test different cams, heads, intakes and a turbo in my other videos. It has over 120 full throttle runs put to it on the Dyno. The trans is a Richmond non overdrive 5 speed. Rear gears were swapped to 2.56 for highway running. The engine is a 250 Chevy with flat top pistons, balanced lower end, offy intake. Compression is 9.5 to 1. The head has extensive work. Bolt in lumps are installed along with 1.94/ 1.6 valves. The head is also ported. Cam is a Clifford 270 hydraulic. This engine Dynoed at 285 HP with a 4 BBL and Clifford intake. The Exhaust consists of Hooker headers, dual 2.5" collectors merged together into a Magnaflow 3 chamber muffler, the tailpipe is 2.5". Since installation the car was driven to Carson City at the end of May without trouble. And up to this point has been driven 5500 miles. Checkout my website http://www.12bolt.com/ . There are parts and information on how to make your inline Chevy perform.

Test Driving 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle - Fast Lane Classic Cars
Be sure to check us out on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/RamblinAroundTV I thought you'd like a look at this very clean 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, so I decided to take it out for a spin. They've done a really nice job with this one. The paint is slick and it has a ton of cool features, like the cowl hood, hood pins, chrome Cragar SS wheels, full SS Trim, striping that is under the clear, and much more. Under the hood, you'll find a very stout 350 small block crate engine, with the centerbolt style heads. They have detailed it out nicely with a chrome air cleaner, billet aluminum valve covers, painted block and heads, and coated headers. This car is ready to show or go. I hope you found it interesting...thanks for taking a look! Filmed at Fast Lane Classic Cars in St. Charles, MO www.fastlanecars.com The first background track used in this video is by Jason Shaw. 134006 / 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/cz3ncr4 This striking '67 Chevelle pro-tourer, with its 468 cubic inch V8, tweaked air suspension and completely custom interior, is the perfect piece for the muscle car fan who wants the best of absolutely everything! The beneficiary of a professional frame-off restoration that was completed in June of 2012, this slick Chevy hardtop features a seamless custom appearance that's highlighted by an immaculate coat of mirror-like paint. Take one look down the sides of this Chevelle's rock-solid body and it becomes obvious that great care was taken to ensure every panel is aligned to better-than-factory fit. Step closer to the car's hypnotic finish and check out its straight and ripple-free surfaces which are a product of both rust-free sheetmetal and high quality prep work. Grab the car's well-adjusted hood and feel how smoothly it closes to provide an excellent fit which is set off by a precise gaps and a glossy clearcoat shell. Now, step back and watch it all add up to one very well-done pro-tourer which is built to exacting specifications and features a great combination of skilled workmanship and first-rate detailing. The Chevrolet division has always represented performance to a virtual army of car guys. But unlike their luxuriously smooth Impala brethren, Chevelles manifests that performance as raw attitude and brute force. Lift the hood of this sinister pro-tourer and you'll find a 468 cubic inch big block V8 which makes killer power and produces the kind of throaty growls that elicit an immediate 'deer in the headlights' look. The more things change, the more they stay the same as this 21st century A-Body kicks into go-mode thanks to a rugged M22 Rock Crusher. As you can probably tell from our pictures, that proven pebble pounder is suspended by a fully rebuilt chassis that's fitted with fresh air bags, modern power steering, a traditional 12 bolt rear end and giant drilled and slotted rotors that are seized by bright red calipers. And putting the power to the pavement is a slick set of Boss Motorsports 338s which spin 235/40ZR18 front and 275/35ZR20 rear Nexen N7000 radials around chrome lug nuts and SuperFinish lips. Inside this stunning Chevelle you'll find a completely custom interior that's tight, technological and in excellent condition. The firm seats, modern units that have been swiped from a donor car and recovered in faux ostrich skin, feel comfortable enough to spend a sunny afternoon in. At the front of those seats, a custom dash hangs a sweet set of Auto Meter American Muscle gauges above a control panel for the car's Nostalgic Air Parts air conditioning and a bright screen for the car's Power Acoustik CD/DVD/Navigation system. At the base of that dash, a custom black console props a leather-booted Hurst shifter in front of four power window switches and a small leather armrest. In front of the driver a chrome tilt steering column, which is complete with a full set of billet stalks, prominently displays a custom chrome steering wheel. And behind the passengers, a fully-finished trunk features premium carpet, custom paneling and two large Vibe amplifiers. In summary, this '67 Chevelle represents creative engineering at its very finest, combining stunning design and execution with no-excuses, no-limits performance. 134721 / 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle
Originally leaving the Atlanta factory in a lot more humble conditions, this Chevelle recently received a $200k restoration by the team at MirandaBuilt out of Palm City Florida. The vehicle was completed in October of 2008, just in time to be shown at the mass-attended SEMA show. Now you have a chance to own this show car that sports a black sinister look guaranteed to turn heads, and an engine capable of sitting you way back in your seat. Only driven roughly 5,000 miles since its 2008 SEMA show debut, the Chevelle looks like it was just finished yesterday. Covered in a black basecoat from PPG paint, clearly the body has seen a ton of work to look much better than it did when it left the factory. That cool combination of rayless pigment and classy metalwork is certainly pretty, but now it's time to get serious. Widely considered one of the world's greatest powerplants, Chevrolet's LS2 utilizes aluminum construction, an aggressive cam and an upgraded fuel injection system to mix hours of thrills with miles of efficiency. But adding to this chromed out LS2 is the polished Magnacharger Supercharger that sits atop the engine. The exterior and engine are impressive, but the real winner might be the undercarriage that received a ton of work. Put the car on the lift and you'll reveal a very clean undercarriage that starts with the floor pans that are covered in a flat black. Bolted to the LS2 is a GM 4L80E transmission with a billet torque converter that sends power to a Currie 9" rear axle with a 3.70 posi differential. Between the doors, the original charm remains intact thanks to a restored black interior. Corbeau racing seats provide the perfect place to enjoy the view from, divided by a pristine black console that hides the controls for the RideTech air suspension system that allow the car to achieve any look you desire.
