1989 Mitsubishi Mirage turbo: For one year only, back in 1989, Japan imported 1,500 of these cars onto the U.S. shores. Also, for the same year came the Dodge & Plymouth Colt GT, with all of the same substance that makes up the Mirage. They were powered by the Mitsubishi 4G61t : a 1.6 liter DOHC, non-intercooled & turbocharged 4 cylinder. It's basically the infamous 2.0 liter turbo motor (4G63t) that you find in the Eclipse or Talons, but it has a destroked crank and slightly smaller pistons. I bought one last year and got it fixed up just this January. After 400 miles, I am more in love with this car! Big plans for the future, indeed! I took this video a couple days after I got it running, and the road conditions sort of prohibit any good display of performance. Can't wait for summer!!!

My 87 s10 With 400 sbc destroked to a 377
Its a 4 bolt 400sbc destroked to a 377 with a 350 crank,timing gear setup, 6 inch Pauter X beam rods, Wiseco Pistons at .40 over, 462 camel hump heads, double valve springs, solid lifter 540 lift comp cam, Edelbrock performer intake, Holley 600 carb. Shorty headers, thrush mufflers. Th350 2500 stall, B&M shifter, 10 bolt rear with 4.56 gears.
