2014 Mercedes S-Class - assistance systems animation
Mercedes has officially unveiled the 2014 S-Class at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Hamburg, Germany. Designed to become one of the most luxurious and advanced vehicles ever constructed, the 2014 S-Class has an evolutionary design that incorporates a sportier front fascia, a larger grille and a gentle slanting rear end. The sleek styling enables the model to have drag coefficient of 0.24 which is pretty impressive considering the pint-sized CLA has a drag coefficient of 0.23.

We had this C63 for 1,5 hour to test it and compare it to the BMW M3 E92, wich I allready have driven earlier. First you see some shots from the exteriour, than it start ups and making some very nice revs! After that you will hear and see some accelerations and finally some shots inside when accelerating on the highway in the Netherlands :) The question is: Wich one should you choose? The C63 AMG or the M3? Before I drove the C63 I should definitely have chosen the C63 AMG, but after I have driven it I should choose the M3. The M3 is much smoother.... I don't know how I need to explain it in proper in English, but my choice is the M3! Customers can either buy cars straight from Brabus or send in their Mercedes to be customized and/or overhauled. My statement "BMW is the new Mercedes" may have ruffled the most feathers, but the second thing that gets thrown in my face is: "what then is Mercedes?" I'm sorry if the forum fanboys can't adjust to the new normal that is a softer, more civilized, more luxurious BMW that puts comfort over balls-out performance. Sometimes you just have to let the ostrich keep its head in the hole. But this isn't about BMW, this is about the German luxury company. What of them? To find out we were tossed the keys to a six-figure beast for a week.

You should also check my video with 341 km/h / 212 mph. I have upgraded from my BMW M6 to the new 2011 CL63 AMG. This one is a real "Monster". With the help of Lukas Domogalla from kold-fire.com this "Beast" has now approx. 660hp and 1050Nm of Torque. 0-200 km/h in 12sec. Vmax of approx. 345km/h. The conditions in that movie were not good at all. Outside temperature was 20°C and it was very humid. The track had no grip too.The night before near Hannover (Germany) I was up to 338 km/h but I had to break. 345 km/h are a realistic speed in my opinion. Enjoy the movie. A better one with a clean windshield and more speed is coming as soon as possible.
