This is my built Audi S4 B5 2000 Track Sled. Was a daily driver, but, with 171k on the odo, I decided to take it in a different direction. Lots of nice mods all over including turbos, stasis track sport coilovers, big sways, piggie pipes, awe Exhaust with no resonators, RS4 clutch, CXracing FMIC, etc etc etc.

Modified B5 Audi S4 quattro. A video compilation demonstrating the 2-step
"launch control" feature of my custom VAST performance Stage 3 Frankenturbo tune. When the vehicle is stopped,
the rev limit is set at 4,400 RPM for consistent launching. While holding
this RPM, the turbos can produce up to
about 6 psi with no load.

RAI B5 Audi S4 3.5" Exhaust Sound Clips
Sound clips of our B5 Audi S4 3.5" Exhaust system. This is a purpose built race
system designed to work with our 3" downpipes. The system features a dual
3" to single 3.5" collector that allows the merging Exhaust gas to transition with minimal
collision. The design also keeps the downpipes need for equal lengths in
tact, as needed by the bi-turbo system.
A 3.5 inch race muffler is used in the center of the system, then exits via
a 3.5" Borla muffler to give an aggressive tone. When paired with our
downpipes this Exhaust is good to over
1000 hp, and was designed for Tial turbo
upgrades. Materials list is all high quality as usual, featuring 304
stainless steel and counter-bored vband assemblies.

GT-Power makes a Rotation - Test for the Original 1,8T Camshaft and Valves
on the Thyssen Cylinder Head - Dynometer in Germany.
All Heads must stand this test before they goes in Production.
Lambo, Porsche, Audi R8 and allthe other high tech cars.
GTP was the first Tuner which have done this Test, to make sure when comes
the critical point in making setups.
Chiper and many Tuners just set the Rpm Limiter wherever they belive, but
realy nobody knows.
Our Customers are not our Testdrivers and this test have to be done, to
make sure how high can we run our Power Setups with turbokits installed !!
This High Tec Rotation - Test shows with lasermessurement exactly the valve
shattering from the hydraulic valve followers, the valve clearance and how
much Rpm you can run save the Engine without the valve hit the pistons
7250 was just safe......
7500 with hot oilsfoam of older lubriation, the head get under stress and
the "hydraulic pushers" start to to jitter. ( it is also a classical engine
fold by the Audi RS 4 and S4 )
They dosent work exactly anymore and we have to lower the RPM in the safer
We do this Test with a complete new head, new valve guids and new liters.
Just imagine, what can happend if you drive your engine with over 80.000 km
and older valve guids or older lifters. Ergo you should change them

Audi S4 A46 by MS Design - Ride, Accelerations, Interior & Exterior details!
In this video you can see the brand new Audi S4 tuned by the Austrian
company MS Design. This new Audi was unveiled during the Top Marques in
Monaco earlier this year.
A standard Audi S4 delivers a total of 333 horsepower, but plenty of
people think it has more potential. The guys over MS Design seem to agree
with that and they have tuned it to 460hp!
