You might not expect to find a collection of gleaming muscle cars in the back warehouse of a piano shop, but that's just what you'll find at AZ Piano, owned by Jason Sipe of Phoenix. He is currently restoring an ultra-rare 1969 Mercury Cougar 428 Cobra Jet, 4-speed, drag pak car with a power sunroof. Naturally, we had to meet up with Jason while we were in the area and check out his cars.

junk-filled truck, and the old forklift shown in this video total in either
tonnage or dollar value (at $260/ton). The closest guess, without going
over the actual amount, won a $100 gift certificate in our online store (

Portland Swap Meet - April Fools 2011
Since the famous Portland Swap meet fell around April 1st this year, we had
to take advantage of the opportunity. Don (owner of West Coast Classic
Cougar) disguised himself and got some undercover, candid feedback from
customers and friends from all over the swap meet. Not only was it a good
source of survey data, but the swap meet itself was a lot of fun, and we
found lots of Cougar parts!

West Coast Custom Cougars [S4 Ep.13-2]
Today on GEARZ, Stacey rolls the V8 Interceptor/ Cougar back into the shop
and begins upgrading the rear end and rear suspension to handle all the
massive power that has been stuffed under the hood. The parts are flyin' as
in goes a custom 3-link torque arm suspension, a 9" Ford rear end, and a
tubular sub-frame to prevent the car from flexing. If you have a classic Mustang or Cougar, you're
gonna want to see this! Then Stacey shows you where to get parts for your
Mustang or Cougar project
by paying a visit to a special salvage yard that specializes only in... you
guessed it... Classic Cougars! If you've ever wondered where to get those
special parts... now you know. After that we take a trip to Michigan Tech
to check out their amazing testing facilities and put some actual products
to the test. It's all here... and it's all GEARZ!
1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator at the Mecum Auto Auction
This is the Mecum Auto Auction in Kissimmee, FL on January 24-29, 2012.
This rare 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator is a well-equipped example powered

Traction-Lok rear end, and complemented with power steering and brakes.

it is documented with a Marti Report and the original build sheet.
As shown on Velocity TV.
Rare Model A Ford US Mail Car.
Saw this cool looking US mail car from the 1930's today in a private
collection. It was used to deliver mail during the harsh Nabraska winters.
The owner said there was two of these built back in the day. It looks like
a Model A coupe body sitting on a 1 Ton model AA frame and running gear. It
would be fun to take for a spin.
1969 Cougar XR7 Convertible Blu
A nice alternative...more of a luxury, personal car than its fraternal
twin, the Mustang. Leather
interior..and this one has a 351 c.i. engine, so it was capable enough!
Hidden headlights in the fashion of the day! Great color!
