Earlystocks at Mallory park 26.09.10 - Race 1

Onboard A Yamaha XJ 550 at the last round of the season. 2 lessons learned here :- 1. Keep an eye on the lights at the start - not the flag man. 2. Don't get oil on your boots - it makes you miss gears!

Yamaha XJ550 on Dyno
My trusty old 1981 Yamaha XJ550 on my mates Dyno. 125mph and climbing ! Not bad for an old bird !

Wildcat Mountain ride on a customized '82 Yamaha XJ 550 Maxim (Part 2 of 2)
This is the main reason for a 400+ mile ride through Wildcat State Park in North/Western Wisconsin. It had been drizzling so the roads were wet, the bke was overloaded, and this was my first time on the mountain. So no knee dragging, rip roaring adventure here. Just a normal but really fun ride... til right after we got out of the park. Then it was 5 hours of riding in the rain. It was cool for the first 3 and a half hours. Then it sucked. The last 45 minutes were miserable. It rained (like pouring rain) the whole way.

1982 YAMAHA xj550 CAFE RACER
Me and my dad built this 82 Yamaha Maxim xj550 that we bought. We did a bunch of custom work here in our two car garage. The list of things done to the bike is quite long so I'm not gonna get in too much detail but if you have a question about the bike let me know and I'll try to get to you and answer it. Enjoy and thank you much for watching Jorge jr Music by: mi6 Song: Stupid Little Things

Cant kill an XJ550 Yamaha
First year of abuse

Yamaha Xj550 -81
A really good bike. Weak upp to 6000 rpm but lots of agressive topend power (55hp), sounds like an f1-car when over 10000 rpm :-)
