The Little Z That Could
Running Kels the 350z racecar at Mosport, in the GT1 class - which is the unlimited class for the CASC. Despite being a naturally aspirated, stock bodied and relatively stock car, Kels would go on to win the Saturday race overall.





Onboard Road Atlanta with Sasha Anis @ Global Time Attack 2014
I've wanted to run Road Atlanta since first playing it in a video game as a kid over a decade ago. The track is just as incredible as I imagined, if not more so. Watch on-board after only a dozen laps my attack on Road Atlanta. After reviewing the data it is clear that there is still some time on the table in a couple of corners and in braking, but overall I am quite happy with how we did at GTA, finishing 2nd in class and 4th overall, being beat only by cars with substantially more power. The goal was to do a 1:27 and we came within 1 tenth of that goal. I have to say thank you to the guys that helped me get the car ready and came down to Atlanta to run the event, we had an incredible time and the car ran flawlessly all weekend. Mosport On Board 1:22.8 With Sasha Anis
In Car with Sasha Anis around Mosport with Kels - a humble Nissan 350z that once needed an additional 10 seconds per lap to get around this very track. That was when the car was in Koni Challenge GS trim. We continue development of the Z, following the LMS GT car design - a factory looking body with a naturally aspirated engine. 1:22's used to be as fast as the World Challenge GT cars went around Mosport in the late 2000's and would have been competitive in the ALMS GT field in 2000. Follow the car's development online at OnPointDyno.com - our next project will be the installation and testing of a MakTrak 6 speed sequential gearbox. The gearbox will use a strain gauge and gear position sensor controlled by the Motec M800 for closed loop flat shifting.
