November 6, 2011 at Maryland International Raceway in Budd's Creek, MD. 16th Annual U.S. Army World Cup Finals: Import vs. Domestic. 3 passes from Eliminations that day, finals ended up being canceled due to multiple breaks and track clean ups. Winners had to split the purse. Congratulations to New Generation Racing from Puerto Rico, new record holders for 20B rotary engine. I had a chance to check out the car in the pits and it is amazing.
