(Restoration of a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda) PROJECT FISH - PART 01
Outside of my airsoft hobby, I have this one. "Muscle" cars. Funny, in THIS generation, it is called "muscle" cars..... Way back then, it was just a car.....
Maybe this generation discerns the difference between "ricer", "rice burner", "tuners", "classic car" and "muscle cars".
This is my friends 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. It will be a LOW COST, ground-up restoration. No media blasting, not even sand blasting. Cannot afford that "luxury". I will be using various ways to remove the old paint, and spot checking for rust holes.
Part one is rust check and paint removal. As well as showing the small block 340 that will go in the car affter we prep and paint the "engine compartment.....
This is the first of MANY videos that will span the course of over one year!
Summer's car "rebuild".
Summer's 16th birthday present, 78 Mustang II Coupe.
She likes old cars, we didn't want anything with HP as a first car, plus not a "big" car either with C pillar blind spot. That little Mustang was about the only choice to find something dirt cheap, fixable and looks classic.
Nothing too fancy in the refreshing, this car will end up on a highschool parking lot.
Rebuild the little 2.3L engine, great on gas, 28-30 MPG on the highway. Block 60 over.
For maximum grip upgraded the 13" to Front 205/55R15, Rear 215/60R15 sitting on Basset D hole Wheels.
Primer sealer/filler/urethane paint is PPG. Yellow is 2010 Camaro single stage urethane. Clear coat is "Montana".
Muffler is Flomaster Super 44, no drone sounds ok, pretty quiet.
Music : The Crystal Method, High Roller - Album" Vegas".

Ford Model t speedster race car {ReBUILDING HISTORY the series}
From stock the modifications to this car start with the engine, where it has been fitted with a Ricardo aftermarket head, Bosch front plate distributor, counter balanced crank, aluminum pistons, and fitted with a period correct updraft carb, all together it pumps out around a whopping 30-40 hp.
The modifications to the frame include
-Lowering the car about 5 inches without dropping the front axle.
-Setting the engine and driver, back around 6 inches. This is done to change the look of the car as well as help with weight distribution.
-Also notice the period correct friction shocks on all four corners
As for the gearing ,the rear axle has been swapped out for an original Hall-Scott two speed axle that has been stuffed with 3 to 1 gears .
-Other than that I'm still running the original two speed transmission.
Setup as a race car it is not uncommon for model T's to hit speeds upwards of 65.

Engine rebuild part 1
We are rebuilding a GM 350 5.7 engine. Now in this particular case we are also going to upgrade the engine to a 383 6.0 This is called building a "stroker" motor. In other words we are increasing the "stroke" of the engine which increased the torq & horsepower.
If you are able & wanting to rebuild an engine, this video should give you a good overview of what to do. If you are having someone else build an engine for you, you will be able to see what's involved in the process
Bugatti Type 35 B - Very loud start up!! 1 of 45 ever build!! 1080p HD
I recorded this beautiful blue Bugatti Type 35 B during Concours d'Elegance Antwerp. It was the most successful of the Bugatti racing models. The Type 35B featured a roots type Supercharger. The final version of the Type 35 series was the Type 35B of 1927. Originally named Type 35TC, it shared the 2.3 L engine of the Type 35T but added a large Supercharger like the Type 35C. Output is 175 hp (126 kW) with upgraded compressor and 45 examples were made. A Type 35B won the 1929 French Grand Prix.
Thanks for watching and feel free to leave a comment behind.

Ministry of Dirt - Rallycar rebuild timelapse
This is Ministry Of Dirt rebuilding the car after a 140kph roll ( 7 times) at the Whangarei International Rally 2010,
Just shy of 300 hours to rebuild the car . This gives people more of an insight to what is involved in getting a car ready for a rally and the amount of hours that actually go into repairing/ preparing a rallycar.
Unfortunately in the next rally Piran Pigneguy and Malcolm Reid rolled on stage 2 in 4th gear, dropping down to 40th overall, before regaining back up to 20th by the end of day 1
Big thanks to the Ministry Of Dirt team in getting the car ready in 3 week.
Also big thanks to Nick and Josh from Pimppalacecustoms for producing the video
