Knocking sound in my 2003 L200's engine. Took the valve cover off and inspected the valves / camshafts - they move and look good, as they should. Only thing I can think of would be the timing chain slapping the guides... Any suggestions?

"Saturn SL 98, Changing Out a Manual Transmission Pt. 1
Christmas eve day 2010, headed out two blocks away from home in Mpls. on my way to Wisconsin for the holidays. Drove over a piece of fallin hardware in the middle of the lane at about west 24th St & Pillsbury Ave So. The hardware rumbled underneath the car, where we can only guess from the damage that the hardware hit the left axle on the front wheel drive just right where the force shoved the axle shaft very sharply into the inner cavity of the manual transmission. The force looks like it shoved the axle shaft so hard and fast that it blew a hole through the inner wall of the transmission. I was able to get enough out of 1st gear to drive the car two blocks back home in front of my building. I rented a car for the holidays and then later had it towed to my good buddy Jamies shop in Brooklyn Center, a northern suburb of Minneapolis. The clip shows the engine out of the front cavity of the car with the old transmission detached showing where the hole blew through the inner wall. It also shows the newly rebuilt transmission that is ready to get installed.

DIY How to install replace the starter on a 1999 Saturn SL2
'99 Saturn SL2, The starter was just clicking at the solenoid when I turn the key. I checked the fuses and relays to see if all ok first. Also checked all the wires from the batterry to starter and ground. If clutch switch was bad the starter would have not made a sound, so I know it's good. I used a Samsung HMX-W200 1080p HD Camcorder

Open Header Saturn
I had a hunch my Catalytic Converter was clogged, so how did I solve it? Remove everything except the header! It was actually really loud, but my camera dampens the noise pretty good.
My Brother was filming, it's kinda hard to drive a stick shift and film at the same time....
