Racing Bonneville On a $300 Craigslist Motorcycle - /RideApart
"You don't have to spend a million bucks to fulfill your dreams. I bought a bike for $300, got it running and entered it in a race I'd always dreampt about. Bonneville is an epic thing that brings out all kinds of speed contraptions and it was an honor to ride an old 1986 Honda VFR750 in the Run-Whatcha-Brung class and pretend to be like my childhood heroes. If I can do it, anyone can." — Jamie Robinson For more on motorcycles, visit http://RideApart.com

Chasing 200 MPH at the First Ever Ohio Mile! - HOT ROD Unlimited Episode 8
On this episode of HOT ROD Unlimited, HOT ROD Editor In Chief David Freiburger explores the very first standing-mile race to be held on the runway at the Airpark in Wilmington, Ohio. This race was sanctioned by the East Coast Timing Association, which for years had been running on an old WWII runway at the airport in Maxton, North Carolina. When military needs caused the ECTA to lose access to Maxton at the end of the 2011 season, the city of Wilmington was happy to accept the racers. The very first meet was filled to capacity with 175 entries, and despite rain delays, 24 vehicles eclipsed 200 mph at the event. Watch as Freiburger makes his first passes at Wilmington, hunting for 200 mph in Wayne Jesel's former Busch-series NASCAR race car. Now available in full HD 1080P resolution! Junkyard Rescue! Saving a 1950 GMC Truck - Roadkill Ep. 31
One of the most incredible junkyards in the history of junk is Turner's Auto Wrecking in Fresno, California—and on this episode of Roadkill, Freiburger and Finnegan hit those 100 acres of vintage sheetmetal and go spelunking for gold! Chris Ireland's Indian, Bonneville Speed Week 2012
This is a longer version of my 1942 Indian Scout at Bonneville. She was shipped over with 5 other Brit bikes. I did 120mph on the Dyno in the UK at sea level but the Salt's a great leveller & I manage 81.5mph, but still not bad for a 70 year old sidevalve & it put a huge grin on my face! It took 2 years to save for this & I'll be back in 2 years time, as I now have "Salt Fever".

Thrust SSC -over the sound barrier !
October 1997, UK managed to break the sound barrier on earth, using the fantastic Thrust SSC vehicule. I made this video because there was too few videos about this remarkable event on the web. (music credits: Spa 24 hours - Stephen Baysted)
