Spooky, 1992 Mercury Cougar
1992 Mercury Cougar. Took me one year to build. I had a Gold 1997 Cougar
with a 4.6 V8 and a Silver 1992 Cougar with a 3.8 V6. I blew up the V6 and
wrecked the V8 so I put them together, painted it black and named it
"SPQQKY". Here's a video of the process. I DRIVE IT EVERYDAY!
This is a quick video of my cougar launching from a dead stop at idle on
street tires. It was 17 degrees outside in case you are wondering about the
My 1993 Mercury Cougar
This is my 1993 Mercury Cougar XR7 Special edition. It currently has about
68,900 miles on it. It has the 3.8 liter V6 which is alright even though I
wish it had the 5.0. This car drives like no other it rides great as well.
So far I have put on new brakes, rebuilt the valve body in the
transmission, changed the oil and cleaned it. I will buff and wax it later
as well as change the anti-freeze, put on touchup paint, and fix the little
bit of rust on the drivers side rocker panel. It has a Kenwood headunit
with an MP3 hookup as well as my Harbor Freight airhorn.
1996 Mercury Cougar XR7 V8 Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1996 Mercury Cougar XR7
V8. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of
this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique
styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details
of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough
tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall
appreciation of the vehicle.
Thunderbird and Cougar Clips
I edited together a bunch of video clips of Thunderbirds and Cougars. I'd
like to thank the guys at TCCoA for their video donations. My user name on

Blowing up a Mercury Cougar 3.8 v6
The Cougar developed a rod knock from Hell and the apartment site manager
put a tag on it to have it towed. It was time to move the Cougar, and take
care of it once and for all!
Mercury Cougar - American Muscle Car
An excellent TV show featuring the classic Mercury Cougar. They cover all
the classic years, and talk about all the different engines and option
packages you could get. Only a couple minor mistakes (they say the that
XR-7 package included a 4-speed stick, then show an automatic shifter in
one... derrr) but overall a very nice overview of these cars.
96 Mercury Cougar XR7 4.6V8, Hot Rod Red, Quick Blast to Check Camera Audio
Testing out the mic on the camera to see if it can capture the sound of a
much quieter car. The hot rods I've been trying to film lately have been
too loud. It seems the Cougar proved to be too loud as well, sounded a bit
like a space shuttle launch. I'm going to have to devise a better way to
capture the sound. Not an all-out tire smoking launch, but still a mildly
entertaining look out the windshield.
