Tuning 102 - Idle Tuning
Setting base timing, fuel pressure and ISC motor using DSMlink v2. Getting the idle speed and baseline settings correct is crucial to achieving a good tune once fuel and timing adjustments begin. If these values aren't satisfied or have failed in operation at idle, there is little chance of achieving a consistent tune once the throttle comes into play.
Like in Tuning 101, none of this is relevant unless you've fixed ALL of your Boost leaks.
1g Talon Fuel Injector Clip Replacement
In this video, I replace my 1990 broken injector plugs with some 2g injector clips. The process is pretty straight forward and does not take long.
On a 1990 there is no way to extract the wires from the clip (as seen in the video), therefor you must cut and solder the connectors in. On a 91+ you can just extract the wire from the existing connector using a screwdriver and replace with the new connector.
Note the fuel rail and injectors are removed (getting a -8an bung welded in for the new feed:)). This process will be covered in a latter video.

I finally got around to install the infamous DSM Link aka ECM Link. I already dialed in injectors (FIC 850s) and did any preliminary checks. I'll be logging soon. :)

2013 GTR Alpha 9 - Dyno pulls.
Traction control was an issue the first couple pulls. Last pull was in the 600's with the final pull (Not on video) at 701 to the wheels.

Tuning 101 - tuning with the car off
How to set idle stopper, TPS sensor, and throttle linkage. These are conditions that need to be set properly prior to adjusting your idle, fuel, timing or before addressing drivability issues. If these items are out-of-range prior to changing other variables, changing them later will throw off everything else. It's important to do these things first.
Boost leak testing is covered in another video. It's critical to get Boost, vacuum, and Exhaust leaks under control before establishing your baseline tune. Links to the Boost leak testing video are in this video.
