Long winter and needed to get rid of the cabin fever syndrome, decided to throw on a pair of cheater slicks and terrorize the neighborhood a little. Mostly stock 1969 Charger R/T, headers, Mopar Performance cam, and a six pack setup, 3:23 gears. My brother Russ doing most of the narrative, hence the caption Smog in the City. This is the first of the long list of Mopars that I owned.
