The all new 2012 Porsche 991 Carrera S Cabriolet! The real revelation of this car was at March 3, at the Geneva motorshow! But there wasn't any video with the sound this clear. In this video you'll see the 991 doing some ridiculous accelerations, flybys and downshifts! Also the revving is pretty awesome with the switching between Sport mode on, and off. Porsche 991 Carrera Cabriolet start-up in Oosterwolde! Deze prachtige Porsche 991 Carrera Cabriolet heb ik in Oosterwolde Friesland gespot. Zeer aardige eigenaar die alles vertelde over de auto. Onder andere mocht ook interieur foto's maken. En er werd mij zelfs een rit aangeboden voor een andere dag. De prestaties, een dikke 3.4 liter 6-cilinder met 350 pk en 390 nm koppel. De top snelheid is ongeveer 285 km/u, en sprint van 0-100 in 4,8 s (4,6 s Sport+). Ook heeft deze 991 "Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)" met 7 versnellingen. Door dat de achterwiel aandrijving 10 cm naar achteren is verplaatst heb je minder snel overstuur, vergeleken met de vorige 911 Carrera. Even de extra opties uitleggen. De kleur die op de 991 Cabriolet is gespoten heet "Basalt Black Metallic", en de groot blinkende velgen zijn de 20-inch "Carrera Classic Wheels". Op de 20-inch "Carrera Classic Wheels" zijn ook de "Porsche Wheel Caps"gemonteerd en 5mm wheel spacers tussen geplaatst. Ook is er de "Porsche Sports Exhaust System geplaatst waardoor deze 991 bijzonder goed klinkt. Het nieuwe speeltje van Porsche is de "Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS)", oftewel de dynamische meedraaiende koplampen die op hoge snelheid smaller worden en daardoor meer licht geeft, zodat je meer zicht hebt. De ParkAssist helpt je goed met het inparkeren en uitparkeren doordat de sensoren op het meest belangrijkste punten in gemonteerd. Ook zijn er elektrische inklapbare spiegels op de deur gemonteerd "Electric folding exterior mirrors" wat voor het eerst is bij de Carrera. In het interieur is er onder andere "Porsche Communication Management (PCM)" geplaatst met navigatie systeem.
