******** SUBSCRIBE ******** Swapping an LS based engine into you G-body using your existing transmission is a piece of cake.. To physically install the engine into the car will cost less than $60 if you are cheap enough.. I made it happen for Less. ($25 torque converter adapter- CNC made setback motor plates thanks to a friend) Heres the specs to my set-up **CADILLAC CTS-V OIL PAN** **105 amp Delphi Alternator ** ** 1 inch set back adapter to plates mater to SBC clam shells** **Hughes step bushing Torque Converter Adapter HP3795** I have now switched back to factory EFI tuned with HP tuners I HATE headers.... F-body manifolds Is what I used.. If you are CHEAP you can use the Truck manifolds but you must cut the flanges off and weld slip flanges or straight pipe to the outlets... The shape of the flange hits the frame on factory truck manifolds email@example.com

LSA Powered 1969 Camaro "Lou's Change" Engine Install Video V8TV
Installation Available: http://v8speedshop.com/contact http://www.v8tvshow.com - 314-783-8325 - In this chapter of the Lou's Change 1969 Camaro build, the V8 Speed and Resto shop crew is installing the LSA Engine into the Detroit Speed subframe, and then the subframe to the car. The challenges included making sure the ZL-1 Supercharger hat would fit under the stock hood, and then how to fit the air conditioning compressor on the engine, as the DSE subframe requires a high-mount compressor. The LSA does not. The Detroit speed headers left plenty of room, but our crew needed to fabricate some brackets and notch the subframe. We also installed a Jones Racing Products steering reservoir for a dual power steering return line set up as needed by the Hydratech hydraulic brake Booster. A Holley LS engine swap oil pan is being used for better ground clearance. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Chceck out: "Muscle Car Of The Week Video Episode #182: 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6 454 - The Last One?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pczqb76mhw -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
