1967 Austin Mini Cooper S 1275cc, Morris Cooper S 1275cc
I have purchased a large collection of hundreds of Austin Mini/Classic Mini
parts. The person I purchased these parts from had been racing his Minis
for decades, was meticulous regarding his detail with these cars, and only
used the best parts. The four complete Minis are all Cooper S, and most of
the parts are either race parts, 1275 Cooper s parts, or just 1275 parts.
I plan on selling all of the parts on EBAY, and I have had great

1974 Morris Mini - First start in seven years!
After passing its MOT in 2002, the mini went back into the garage and
hadn't turned a wheel until now.
The engine is a 1400cc MiniSport half engine kit, built by me, and has only
driven about 10 miles.
The digital dashboard is from an MG Maestro, one of several modifications
made in my misguided youth. Note that it doesn't talk... yet!
Oil is fresh, but the fuel isn't. Clearly, the there is more work to be
done to get it running right.

Classic & Sportscar Meeting 2009 - Race 2
Racing my 1965 FIA Morris Cooper S at the Våler Track. Dry race, starting
from P2 based on laptimes, mission is to try and win class, and keep as
many of the bigger cars behind as possible. After so much work pulling the
engine to fix the gearbox at the track, and the disappointment of race 1,
this was a welcome result, even if I was mostly racing myself. Some
highlights though, especially the last lap!
Rudskogen Sept 2009 - Historic Racing Mini Cooper S

race is The Norwegian Cup for historic racing, with everything from a

The Mini is a small car that was made by the British Motor Corporation
(BMC) and its successors from 1959 until 2000. The original is considered a
British icon of the 1960s, and its space-saving front-wheel-drive layout
(that allowed 80% of the area of the car's floorpan to be used for
passengers and luggage) influenced a generation of car-makers. The vehicle
is in some ways considered the British equivalent to its German
contemporary, the Volkswagen Beetle, which enjoyed similar popularity in
North America. In 1999 the Mini was voted the second most influential car
of the 20th Century, behind the Ford Model T.
This distinctive two-door car was designed for BMC by Sir Alec Issigonis.
It was manufactured at the Longbridge and Cowley plants in England, the
Victoria Park / Zetland British Motor Corporation (Australia) factory in
Sydney, Australia, and later also in Spain (Authi), Belgium, Chile, Italy
(Innocenti), Portugal, South Africa, Uruguay, Venezuela and Yugoslavia. The
Mini Mark I had three major UK updates: the Mark II, the Clubman and the
Mark III. Within these was a series of variations including an estate car,
a pickup truck, a van and the Mini Moke—a jeep-like buggy. The Mini
Cooper and Cooper "S" were sportier versions that were successful as rally
cars, winning the Monte Carlo Rally four times from 1964 through to 1967,
although in 1966 the Mini was disqualified after the finish, along with six
other British entrants, which included the first four cars to finish, under
a questionable ruling that the cars had used an illegal combination of
headlamps and spotlights. Initially Minis were marketed under the Austin
and Morris names, as the Austin Seven and Morris Mini Minor, until Mini
became a marque in its own right in 1969The Mini was again marketed under
the Austin name in the 1980s.
1969 Mini Cooper - Ride Along
Many have asked, so I finally put my Mini up for sale. This is an original
'69 Morris Mini. The Cooper version is the factory upgrade. It sold to a
lovely young lady, so you know Nigel is happy. :) I'll miss the little guy.
