First Gen Cummins 60mm turbo upgrade
What i have done so far on my truck with my 60mm upgrade. Just some paint
and new plumbing. I got the 60mm upgrade kit from Big Bad Diesel
performance, the silicon couplers/reducers and t-bolt clamps i got from
frozen Boost.com. You can get the
pipes from there too but i reccomend getting them from CXracing much better
quality. Comment and let me know what you think so far. I'd be happy to

First Gen Cummins
92 W-250, HX-35w, cold air intake, 4" inch turbo back straight piped, ats exhuast manifold,
3200 gov spring, bully dog fuel pin
1993 Dodge W250 diesel dyno
Here is my 93 W250 on the rollers. It has 4.10 gears, Getrag 5 speed,
6X.016 J L Machine injectors, 60mm GDS upgraded compressor wheel, 16 cm Exhaust housing, 4 inch Diamond Eye Exhaust with muffler hooked to 5 inch
stacks, low pressure piston lift pump, M&H #2 fuel pin, stock timing, stock
gov spring, 4 full turns left on full power screw, 285-75-17 tires on 3rd
gen rims. Last year with the very same tune it had 301 horses but that was
with the stock 235-85-16's. The bigger tires cost me 12 horses give or
take. No correction factor. We are at sea level and had good air. The
correction factor actually lowered horses, not raised them like in bad air
or high elevation.

This is my latest edition to Honky Tonk Manor: 1993 Dodge W350 1 Ton,
Cummins 6BT 12V Diesel, 4X4, 5 Speed Manual, Extended Cab, Long Bed.
With my Chevy service truck down for the count since a main bearing cap
broke, the deal offered to me on this old truck I could not refuse. The
previous owner needed cash and that, of course, is where I came in.
This truck is a fine candidate for a mini rig conversion with a Peterbuilt
hood and cab. Something I'm certainly considering being a truck driving
In the meantime, I've a lot of work for this truck here at Honky Tonk Manor
with hauling feed, wood and trailering equipment, autos, scrap, and auction
sales & purchases.
