Cobalt SS/SC Borla ZZP Exhaust.
zzp shorty header, 2.5" non resonated Exhaust with borla muffler, and now a 2.5" downpipe instead of my 3" that i had before. Exhaust is quieter and less raspy with this setup, i personally think its the best cobalt ive heard but im switching it up for an agency power catback now.
SS Cobalt w/ Magnaflow
This is my 2005 SS. Has a full Exhaust with a new resonator installed cause it was too loud before. Also has a Injen intake. Just put in the Brand New OTT Performance Heat Exchanger and also there Stage 1 kit. The kit is a must have for all supercharged Cobalts. The horsepower and Torque gains are crazy.
2005 Chevy Cobalt- From GM Performance Exhaust to MagnaFlow Cat-Back System
This is a little video showing the sound difference (before n after) between the GM Performance Exhaust that i had on my '05 Chevy Cobalt "Lucy" n the MagnaFlow Cat-Back System i put on. Don't mind the smoke in the after shots. Its still burnin off the crap from the new Exhaust n cat. Also, on the very last shot of after, i had to let off the gas when i got to the camera. Its much louder than it sounds when i pass. Music credit is in the credits.
RAWTEK Cobalt SS 2.0T Custom 3" Exhaust
This is a Chevy Cobalt SS 2.0T with complete custom turbo-Back Exhaust system. The odd shaped down-pipe flange had to be custom machined from 3/8" stainless steel. The Exhaust line is 3" from turbo to tip. We used our RAWTEK Triangle Resonator and Muffler.

cobalt ss supercharged before and after mods. first race is against a evo 8 when i was stock, evo was Boosting 18 lbs, 2nd race is against a 09 turbo cobalt ss, it had a intake i believe, but no tune or anything..basically stock.. i have ott stage 2 and supporting mods.
