This was the car that started all of the excitement! First introduced as a '92 model, the Viper RT/10 was built as a no frills sports car in the vein of the original Shelby Cobra. It was the first use of a V-10 engine in a passenger car. It was meant to go FAST and fast it went! Both on the road and out of Dodge showrooms around the Country!
The example presented here was part of a vast collection of only the finest sports, luxury and vintage automobiles. The car has traveled only 1,975 miles since new and it shows! 1995 Dodge Viper starts up & revs 8.0L V10 engine. Car was acquired for $30k as salvage. New shell was put on rolling chassis. Track-day car. Spotted at Easley Winery in Indianapolis, IN.
