The Find 1956 GMC V-8 Hydramatic 4X4 Truck
Here's the whole story of finding a Title and tracking down a 1956 GMC V-8
Hydramatic 4X4 truck. From the truck I found the Title in, to the prep,
loading, transport, unloading and a tour of the truck itself. Don't forget
the out-takes at the end! They also include a couple of really nice
southern Oregon scenery shots.

"57 GMC Runs Again" is the engine donor for this truck. We've decided to
video document the process of turning the engine-less "Mighty Whitey" into
a road worthy marvel, updating things for comfort and safety, and all the
while keeping a tight budget. The end result is supposed to be a reliable
cruiser with substantial off-road capabilities, and something that we
needn't worry about getting a scratch on. Keep checking back as we add
episodes building both "Mighty Whitey" and showing other Redneck
Restorations on "This Old Truck".

Route 66 Dust Bowl relics
On a vacation drive accross the U.S., I found lots of cool old cars sitting
in fields. These I found abandoned off the old mother road, 66. Could they
be old broken down, old dust bowl depression era cars? California or bust?
that busted? Like the jalopy the Joed's drove in the movie "The Grapes of
Rath"? Unbelieveable what is still out there... waiting to be found when
you goof up and take a wrong turn off the beaten path in a small town along
Route 66. I once got lost in Colorado and found a 57 Chevy convertible, and
it was cheap so I bought it.
Me and my dad see my dad's old car for the first time in 20 years.
He sold the car over 20+ years ago when he was an alcoholic. Said he
probably would have died in it. This is the first time he saw it since he
sold it over 20+ years ago. The car does look in relative good shape, we
have no idea what has been done with the car over the past 20 years. It
obviously wasn't sitting there for 20 years and nobody claims it to be. Pay
attention, people. 1964 Buick Rivera. 425 Wildcat V8 w/ 427 horsepower.
Old Abandoned Classic Cars
Some old abandoned cars that I took pictures of with Grandpa and me. Enjoy!
We are "Not Trespassing" no one has been here for years and the guy that
owned all these cars didn't care about them, by the way he is dead the guy
that owned the cars. His children didn't want anything to do with them
