This is a beautiful WS6 Trans Am that we are putting the finishing touches on. This particular car came to us with the Torquer V2 Camshaft already installed. We then added our in house hand ported LS1 Cylinder heads and FAST LSXR 102 intake manifold which was also ported in house.

Clip of my untuned WS6 with new setup. Torquer V2 cam, hand ported 243s,
arp head bolts, patriot dual .650s, stock sodium filled ls6 valves, ls2
timing chain, ported ls6 oil pump, ls7 lifters, ported my ls6 intake, 1 3/4
coated pacesetters, TSP True Duals, had the block honed and cleaned up, arp
rod bolts, ls6 rods and pistons, clevite main bearings, and total seal

Non Furious (For aluminum) Burr kit from Summit is best. 1/4" Shank about
4-6" long. You could also find cheaper on Ebay, but I dont think they are
as good in quality.
Sanding rolls and mandrels can be found on Eastwood, summit, ebay and
A couple of important things are:
1. Aluminum burr is a different burr than the steel cutting burr
2. Electric grinder works better for me. My 21 gal air compressor couldn't
keep up with an air grinder. You may even be able to just use a drill.
3. Lube can help the cutting especially on steel.
