Installation of a Refurbish Turbo (Brand New Core) and New Oil Feed Lines for a Ford XR6 Turbo
turbocharger Failed due to; In most cases its either the oil filter ( at the base of the turbo oil feed line/engine ) is blocked due to poor service or incorrect oil used. I suggest a replacement s/steel braided teflon oil feed line and an external filter which will help preserve turbo life! The factory Ford turbo oil filters require replacement every 10,000 km's and they're very hard to access and service.





BIG power Ford XR6 turbo ~ APS & SCT X4
Aussie Ford Falcon BF XR6 turbo 4.0L Barra inline 6 on the Dyno tuned by APS Frankston using the new SCT X4 flash tuning device. Given it's sleeper stock looks, this Ford is making a lot of power for a turbo 6 street car. Boost comes from a Garrett GT4202R turbo @ 35psi on E85 ethanol pump fuel. 1964 Ford Falcon / $100 At a Time
Shane has owned this 1964 ford falcon Sprint 2 door hardtop since 1997 when he was 15 years old. He bought this car for $500 and made payments "$100 at a time". The car was a shell when he got it and over the years he has turned it into a running, and driving classic car with a Ford 302 V8 and a 5-spd manual transmission out of a Mustang 5.0.

Welcome back to the track Karman. After a 4 year absense the Ford XR6 turbo awoke first pass off the trailer. The Falcon is still a full weight car with electric glass and factory interior. Quickest pass for the day was an easy 9.0 at 151mph.
