Junkyard Rescue! Saving a 1950 GMC Truck - Roadkill Ep. 31
One of the most incredible junkyards in the history of junk is Turner's
Auto Wrecking in Fresno, California—and on this episode of Roadkill,
Freiburger and Finnegan hit those 100 acres of vintage sheetmetal and go
spelunking for gold! After considerable debate, the guys select a 1950 GMC
shortbed truck that had been off the road for 26 years and jam to get it
running and driving for the trip home to Los Angeles. At least there was a
50-percent victory. Watch as the guys revamp the Jimmy inline six, panic
over a wrecked master cylinder, sweat their cajones off for four days, and
explore one of the greatest old-car stashes ever!
Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the Motor Trend channel.

New Chevy Pickup WORLD RECORD - 8.07 @ 178MPH
The 99+ Chevy Pickup World Record has been re-set by this BEAST of a
pickup. This 427ci 114mm turbo powered
Chevy Pickup owned by Rigo Trevino produces about 1700hp and was SCREAMING
down the track at the October Truck Madness put on by
Trevino previously had the record in the 8.40's, but after turning up the
power, they put down an 8.14 and a pair of 8.07's before the end of the day
when they pushed a head gasket out.
Changing turn signal lever in 87 GMC Jimmy
The cruise control didn't work in my 1987 GMC Jimmy, the wires were frayed
going to the cruise control switch on the turn signal lever so I replaced
it to fix the cruise control, works perfect now.
Common GM Wiper Problem
This video shows how to diagnose & repair a common problem on GM &
Chevrolet trucks from about 1988-2003. The windshield wipers only worked
occasionally. They usually didn't work when it was raining. It made
driving really fun in bad weather. I've been driving around with the new
part laying in the floor of my garage for about 6 months, so I decided to
replace it before it rains again.
