http://www.cjponyparts.com/arh-long-tube-headers-1-7-8-inch-with-catted-x-p ipe-3-inch-stainless-steel-gt-2011-2013/p/HDAR25/ If you're looking to gain more performance from your 2011-2014 Mustang GT or Boss 302, Long Tube Headers from American Racing Headers can provide some big help. With street and off-road versions available, performance can increase up to 32 RWHP using stock mufflers and without a tune. Today, Bill installs a 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers with 3" Catted X-Pipe into a 2011 Mustang GT. This kit features 100% leak free one-piece long tube design, 3/8" thick flanges with tig welded & hand ported inlets and 1-7/8" primaries to accommodate normally aspirated or supercharged applications. It includes merge collectors with scavenger spokes, direct bolt-in catted X-pipe, Ultra high-flow 200 cell metallic substrate cats, and a pair of oxygen sensor extension and averages 6-8 hours for installation. With this video, Bill shows you how to do it yourself! 2011 Mustang V6 3.7L BBK Long Tube Headers and Off Road X-Pipe
Just installed the BBK Long Tube Headers and BBK Off Road X-Pipe. These are the mods that I had before the install: C&L Cold Air Intake, Bama 93 Custom Tune, Roush Axle Back Exhaust. The install is very easy however the only issue I came across was the fact that BBK sent me the wrong O2 Sensor Extensions. They told me that no one makes them yet and I also found in the forums people that were complaining about the same thing. The fix they suggested was to solder an extension that is exactly what I did and it worked perfectly. This setup is EXTREMELY loud and I think the Roush has alot to do with it. It was already a little drony at 3000RPM before the LTs and now its even more. I am going to get a Dyno with this setup and then im going to slap on the stock Exhaust to see how it sounds. I will post videos for those 2 things for sure. I also just received the Bama Custom Tune that took the long tube headers into account and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Highly recommend BBK and OR X-Pipe with the Bama Tune by American Muscle...

2011 Mustang GT Exhaust...Don't spend $400+ on axle backs!
2011 Mustang GT 5.0, I used a local Exhaust shop and had them cut out the H-Pipe and weld in a generic X-Pipe, then remove the mufflers and weld in pipe and 4" double walled, triple chrome plated tips out the back. Cost me $240, but if I would have reused my stock tips, it would have been $60 cheaper.
