*READ THE FREAKING DESCRIPTION PLEASE** 305 small block chevy out of my 86 elco ORIGINAL ENGINE BUILT FOR SOUND NOT POWER.bored .40 over 350 heads ported and polished by me. comp THUMPR cam .305/.305 lift .287 duration comp double roller timing set edelbrock performer intake holley 600 cfm vac secondary carb accel 60,000 volt ignition 160lbs compression. motor is now sold for the 305 haters this was a strong reliable motor. and yes im aware the video is dark i finished the motor in the dark and decided to make a quick video of the first fire up. the nect day it was in the car which THERE IS ANOTHER VIDEO ON MY CHANNEL OF IT IN THE CAR WHERE ALL YOU TROLLERS CAN WATCH THE PAINT DRY AS IT IDLES GOOD LORD!!!

Chevy 305 Acceleration
Chevy 305 in a 76 Camaro. Goes from 40 to 90 mph, starting at 4500 rpm in first gear. Has a 8.1 CR. I let off the gas going into second or else it will slide into the ditch at 70 mph. It's not the fastest, but I love it anyway. Edit: Dynoed at 237.5 rwhp.

86 Chevy. cammed 305, just a quick build with some buddys and lots of beer. 650 edelbrock carb, hurricane high rise air gap intake off sprint car, 15+yr old clevite cam " not sure on lift and duration" pretty big if u ask me, somewhere around 400. 350 double hump heads "all i had to work with they sat 5yrs, didnt do a thing to them but take em to the car wash. this is an update motor is now junk as i didn't drain water in time and froze and now there's a 4 inch hole in the side. thinking bout a 350 for it next. leave comments and vote thanks ppl

Flowmaster 50. The old Exhaust is only a whisper compared to this thing! I think it sounds really good for a 305, but hey, a V8 is a V8. I took the cat off cause theres no emissions tests being 27 years old. By the way it was smoking because it wasn't fully warmed up yet. But it was warm enough to rev it.

Rebuilt 305 Small Block Chevy FOR SALE
I just rebuilt this 305ci Small Block Chevy out of a 1984 chevy 1/2 ton pickup truck. This motor is for sale I am asking $750. Price is negotiable. The engine was completely disassembled and all parts where cleaned. I replaced the rear main seals, main bearings, rod bearings, oil pan gasket, piston rings, timing set, head gaskets, valve stem seals, valve cover gasket, carburetor, Exhaust manifolds (with headers), intake manifold, water pump, fuel pump, thermostat, and a couple of other things but thats most of the major stuff. THE ENGINE TEST STAND AND RADIATOR DO NOT COME WITH THE ENGINE. I am only selling the engine with carb, headers, and starter, and so on. Flowmaster Super 40 vs Super 44?
This is my Silverado. I am debating installing the Super 40's or the Super 44's. What do you think? The engine is a 86-95 350ci block, four bolt mains, roller cam. Bored .040" ZZ4 rotating assembly, Speed Pro H345NCP-40 pistons 10.7:1 static compression, .032" Quench/Squish height. Patriot 'Vortec' 185cc heads, 2.02"/1.6" valves, Beehive springs. Comp XR276HR-10 cam, 1.52 rockers. Air-Gap dual plane, 1" four hole tapered spacer, Mighty Demon 750cfm annular Boosters. MSD ignition, Summit dist dialed in for 36 degrees @ 3000rpm. 18 degrees initial. +12 vacuum advance on manifold vacuum.
