Round one qualifying at the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Event at Maple Grove Raceway in PA.Saturday May 26, 2012. My apologies, I found out what my new camcorder doesn't like...as I sat through about five pairs of cars and didn't have access to record while it was restoring files...and naturally two of the best Stock wheelstands of the weekend occurred as I watched and couldn't do anything about it!

Rainbow Race 2011 RBC Benefit race held at Thompson Raceway Park drag race
The 2011 Rainbow Race to benefit University Hospital Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital. This is the 8th such race held at the track and has become a very successful event. 100% of the proceeds are donated to Rainbows. Event brings out Nostalgia cars, gassers, asphalt wars cars, quick 16 cars, umtr stick cars, nitro funny cars, and bracket racers from all over the area for this worthwhile cause. The video is just a sampling of the vehicles run.
Surviving HOT ROD Drag Week! - Roadkill Episode 9
On this episode of Roadkill, HOT ROD's David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan hit the road with 500 of their friends for Drag Week. It's the most brutal test anywhere of real drag-racing, street-driven cars, as the competitors hit the road for 1,400 miles to race five times at four different drag strips in five days in a battle to post the lowest average elapsed time at the end of the week. The winner is crowned the HOT ROD Fastest Street Car in America.
It's long days and short nights but that's nothing new for the Roadkill guys! We know THEY will survive, but will the competitors?
