Total Tuning Dyno are still the only approved Dyno Tuning Centre in Cumbria. Owned by James Rothery and Geoff Devlin, the company has recently formed a partnership with Ian Ambler of Ambler Engine Developments. This brings together over 50 years experience of Motorcycle tuning, and forms what is now regarding as one of the best, one stop race preparation centres in the UK. Suzuki SV650 Turbo teaser
Almost done and building in more fail safe system management right now. Boost limits are set to this elevation (5,500 to 8,000) and working on other variable computations to head gasket, rod, pin, piston, crank tolerances and adjoining components. All part of the fail safe for optimizing reliability under the conditions. I'll post a final video of the build and the Dyno testing within the upcoming months. Waste gate will be on a three position linear solenoid, activated by myself or when the H20 injection tank gets low. I can drive around without any turbo pressures if I want. Warning light for H20 tank also incorporated as well as turbo oil pressure drop or if electric motor fails. Working on other fail safes. Also Stator is lightened by one pound. Boost pressures in first gear come in right a 6k, (up to 8psig) second at 5200k and third gear on at 4100.(up to 12psig) Hoping after further calculations to stay at these pressures.





2006 Suzuki SV650 SV650S GP Style Custom Exhaust
Prototype 1: Introducing the first SV650S on youtube with a GP style pipe and removable baffle. Loud but with a lower pitch than an open straight pipe or without mufflers. The baffle puts back the back pressure that you would normally lose on an open straight pipe or without mufflers. But it doesn't take away from the loudness. It also enhances that low pitch rumble. Giving it a cruiser like sound. Next prototype should look better and sound deeper. Since I am not a mass producer, I can probably make you one for $200, but you have to wait up to 2 weeks to get it. Sorry, I have an 40 hr a week job. It's a polished stainless steel pipe.
