Turbo Saturn 5 psi

2001 Saturn SL2. T3, 5 psi, moderately tuned but running rich at 11.5 AFR open throttle. Wind sucks. Emission requirements suck more.

TURBO SATURN PROJECT 2
website for this turbo build at www.saturnpioneer.webs.com This is of the car after Exhaust install, BOV painting and welding, some minor tweaks. I had to extend the compressor bracket another 1/2" to tighten up on the belt. The belt was the best choice in length. It was a 6 rib belt. I cut one of the ribs off. I'm tuning right now and should have some videos of either driving it or on the Dyno very soon. The video is a little long as its just showing some closeups of the work. It has walbro 225 high pressure intank pump, 32lb injectors run by stock pcm, BEGI/Cartech fuel pressure regulator with onset of gain, 8.5:1 Wiseco pistons, stock rods, stock bottom end, T25 turbo sourced from mitsubishi eclipse with stock cast iron downpipe, PLX DM5 wideband sensor/gauge, lightweight pulley set, Phantom Grip LSD (street spring), side mount Intercooler from same mitsubishi, Missing Link (hides Boost signal reliably from comp.). I also cut up and reused a stock AEM cold air intake for both the inlet and outlet to the turbo (cold air) and the final pieces for the inlet into the engine as seen. The car retains a/c and power steering (its Texas and hot during the summer!). Except for coating of manifold and welding of manifold, kit completed by myself. Next up...tuning, Dyno, Celica seat installation, Wings West lip kit install and some paint. Thanks for viewing.
