Drag Race 1992 Lincoln Continental vs 2001 Chrysler Sebring
me and wayne were goofing around and decided... hey... he has a big luxury car with a 3.8L v6... and i have a mid size family car that so badly wants to be a luxury car... with a 2.7... and a grudge match ensued from there.... ENJOY!

1978 Lincoln Continental MK5
Here is one of the finest MK5's you'll see on the road today! This one is
a Bill Blass Edition that came with some very luxurious detailing! It's
powered by a 460ci V8 and a C6 3 speed automatic transmission. It's also
equipped with power steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes, A/C, hide-away
headlights, and sits on a set of turbine-styled cast aluminum wheels with
Firestone white wall tires! Aside from the Bill Blass indication on the
rear opera windows, the interior has Chamois leather upholstery, Cartier
instruments, power windows, power sunroof, power seats, an AM/FM 8 track
player (that works!), remote mirror, and over head lighting! Overall, the
interior of this '78 Lincoln is luxurious even by today's standards. The
Midnight Cordovan painted body is super straight, VERY shiny, and the
beautiful chrome accents it nicely! The MK5 runs exceptionally well and
shows very little wear for it's age! All in all, this thing is like driving
a leather couch with doors! You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer one!
Bagged 1964 Lincoln Continental on 24 Inch Rims
Just wanted to show the range of travel of the air suspension on the
Lincoln. In the video the air compressors are running the whole time.
They seem a bit loud however in person they are actually extremely quiet
and can barely be heard above the normal idle of the car. Slam specialties

1979 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe (Town Car 2 door) cold start
Some of you guys have been saying you would like to see my 79 Lincoln, so
here she is, all 450000km of her. This has been sitting untouched since
November so this is a cold start, and it's also pretty much out of gas
right now so i probably can't run it much. This is just a cold start with a
short tour of some of the power features that (remarkably) still work.
Making of the 1956 Lincoln Continental Mark II
1948 saw the last year of production Continentals until a reintroduction of
the line in 1956. This short film presents the story of the 1956
Continental from concept to final production.
It is interesting to note that the 1956-1957 Continentals were amongst the
most expensive production cars of the day. In 1956 a new Continental would
cost $10,000 or more. Compared to a standard Ford car which would cost
less than $2000.
1996 Lincoln Continental Traction Control on Snow
This is My Very Uncommon 1996 Lincoln Continental Diamond Anniversary
Edition w/ a rare option of Lincolns Traction Control. In playing around
with it in the Utah Snow. I realize it does not function as the New
traction Control of today. Instead of diverting power to the tire with the
more traction. It only Limits the power, though the Throttle, but uses a
Mechanical Limited Slip diff in the trans to divert power with a Little
Help from the ABS pump. Very interesting stuff when you look at it. the new
Traction control that they use in newer Automobiles Actually uses and
RELIES on the ABS pump only to Stop the Tire COMPLETELY while using the
sensors to switch the power Back and forth to the tire with more traction,
AND using a Governor on the throttle to restrict power to the tires. The
Lincoln Does not Stop Power, Only restricts it! I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!
