We’re going to unbox this bad boy and let you hear what it sounds like in a series of tests. I had to enlist our lead fabricator Andrew to help me open up this huge box. It came equipped with those massive staples everyone loves to remove… We took them out already to avoid on-camera bloodshed. The Exhaust comes in 5 pieces, with 4 clamps and all of the necessary hardware for mounting. Magnaflow manufactures this sport Exhaust from 100% stainless steel and utilizes 2.5 inch Exhaust piping with a dual split rear exit design. Magnaflow listed these features and benefits:Lifetime Warranty, Dyno Tested And Proven To Make Power, Performance Gains In horsepower And Torque, Great Sound -Has A Smooth; Deep Tone, Easy To Install, Mandrel-Bent. All Welded. Built To Last. The MagnaFlow kit will mount in all of the factory Exhaust mounting locations and exits through your rear valance The 4-1/2" polished stainless steel tips fill up the Exhaust cutouts much better than the small stock muffler tips. The Street Series Mufflers included with this kit provide a louder than stock sound without turning heads everywhere you drive like their Competition Series may. We went ahead and installed the Exhaust on our project car and took it out on the road for some testing. Check it out! 2015 Mustang GT 5.0 Tunnel Ram Performance exhaust by Kinney's
Raw, deep and pure aggression are exactly what Kinney's Tunnel Ram performance systems are about! The Mustang's factory system has reductions that are slightly smaller than 2.25 at the muffler's and resonator's inlet & outlet joints. As you can see in this video the factory pipes are very intense and restrictive in several areas. We reduced the amount of bends found in the stock Exhaust and maintained a smooth complete 2.50 system. We effectively routed this beautiful system with nearly 40% less bends! We first started with our Hydro-formed "X" Pipe and followed that up with a set of our signature Tunnel Ram mufflers. From there we fabricated a very relaxed and smooth set of axle pipes routed neatly under the independent suspension. This ultimate Tunnel Ram system was finished off with a pair of our very own "Viper" 4 inch dual wall stainless steel tips. The finished result is a thing of beauty and aggression found only in a Kinney's custom System. We have had it reported to us that the gains are 26 horsepower and 19 foot pounds of torque! We will be developing our "Street Demon" signature system for the same car just as soon as we get another one of these beast so keep your eyes open for our next creation!
