Regal T-Type that needs more boost
I just got my '85 Buick Regal T-Type running the day before I took this video. The Regal has a 4.1L V6 (as opposed to the stock 3.8L) fitted to the heads, intake, turbo, etc. from an intercooled Grand National. Right now the car has an open down pipe, though my camera seems to have done a hell of a job filtering the Exhaust out.. Hitting Boost still gets me excited, that's why I'm laughing. Also, the car won't idle for anything, which is why I keep blipping the throttle.

In today's video, we will take an up close and personal in depth look at the understated muscle car of the late 80s, the Buick Grand National, this one specifically the Regal T-Type. The GN and the T-Type are identical except for badging and interior trim. It wasn't until you stepped it on up to the GNX did you get the truly different package (which I will explain in the video). The GN is arguably the most menacing looking buick of all time with it's black monochrome paint scheme and turbo charged 3.8 V6 pumping out amazing performance numbers for the time period, even today! A unique experience to be able to check out one of these beasts. During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
