The dash and interior of the new Volvo V40 are really nice and points out the "Design around you"-concept perfectly. It's very easy to customize the instrument cluster to the color you want and it's a very cool feature in my opinion. The 3 standard modes (or better said: themes) are: Elegance (brownish), Eco (blue/green) and Performance (red). Note: the customizable Active TFT display is an option for a Volvo V40 and doesn't become as a standard so you'll have to buy it as an accessory. On the more luxurious models it's already installed. The new Volvo V40 is for sale at the local dealer since August 2012 and has already Modelyear 2013. 2013 Volvo V40 D2 Summum - Autobahn-Test (1080p FULL HD)
The full Drive & Sound with the amazingly well build new Volvo V40 with D2 (1.6D, 115hp, 270Nm) engine and 6-speed manual transmission. Although this is the smallest engine you can get it pulls decent as long as you don't want to drive faster than 180 km/h.
