I made this compilation from an old tape shot during a Hillclimb race in Lebanon in 2009. Even though the image quality is poor, i wanted to show these lovely "old-school" bimmers to the fans of M-Power. They are fast, noisy and a pleasure to watch if a good driver's behind the wheel.
Some of them have crazy engine swaps like the yellow 323i E30 at the end and the black/white E30 M3. They both have tuned S54E32 engines from the E46 M3.
The red E46 is a made-from-scratch car based on a 330Ci chassis. The engine, which unfortunately broke that day (you can hear the 'boom' at the end of the sequence) is also a modified S54B32.

Ultra Fast Hillclimb Evos !
Footage of some racing Evo 6 Group sm (protos) from the Lebanese hillclimb championship. Very fast and noisy 400 bhp+ Evo6 with anti-lag. The blue (Red Bull) one is driven by Abdo Feghali, Middle east hillclimb champion, This evo 6 is unbeaten for some years now. These Evos are much faster than standard Group.N Evos, i'll try to capture what's under their hoods if i'm given the chance. I've been told that the blue one delivers more than 500 bhp on the Dyno.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (June 29, 2010) -- For the fifth consecutive time, Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima combined experience, skill and Falken Tires to claim overall victory in the 88th running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
Although he did not set a new Pikes Peak record, one day before his 60th birthday, Tajima continues to hold the current overall record for reaching the peak, beating hill climb veterans Paul Dallenbach and Rhys Millen in the Unlimited Class. He drove his new 910-hp Monster Sport Suzuki SX4 Hill Climb Special on Falken WildPeak A/T tires, the powerful new line of all-terrain, all-season tires Falken launched this past April.
Following Exhaustive tests in a Japanese wind tunnel facility, Monster's 2010 Pikes Peak race car underwent extensive aerodynamic changes to better adapt to the modified road surface on the race to the clouds, which assumed a smoother tarmac and less gravel than last year. Thinning air ascending the mountain robs most motors of their power by 30 or more percent, but the increase in horsepower over last year's race car helped push the driver forward.

The Air Intake looks like a Formula 1 Intake and the engine revs over 10.000rpm. Absolutly Awesome, the Cars wight was under 600KG and the Power of the engine nearly 300Hp.
Another Great Hill Climb Racer - George Plasa - died this year, he was the record breaker of several hill climbs in Europe. Please hold him in memory with his great Drivingstyle and his Bmw Judd V8 Engine. (Formula 1 like engine)
