Larger door mirrors were body-colored (formerly chrome), and were moved slightly forward on the door itself. Updated bumpers front and rear, new body side moldings, and the deletion of the small fixed window in the rear doors completed the exterior changes. The antenna was removed from the outside of the car and integrated into the rear window.[16] 1995 also saw the introduction of a new steering wheel, which was used in all Panther-based sedans from 1998 to 2004.[16] In addition to the cruise control buttons,. Also introduced in 1995 was a new digital dash layout (replacing the unit used since 1993) that featured a more italicized look to the readouts, while the exterior temperature readout moved from the dash cluster to the climate control panel. A "miles to go" trip computer feature was added. Dual power recliners with lumbar support—as well as a three-position driver's seat and mirror memory function became standard (formerly optional) on Signature Series which could be assigned to the keyless entry remotes as well as the up to four personal keyless entry codes. It features the aggressive, yet luxurious body lines expected in today's luxury cars. It features a windshield that it angled further back ward and a swooping roofline that not only makes this luxury sedan look fast just sitting there, but it also increases its aerodynamics by 10%. On its front end is a split grille with chrome outlines and a horizontal bar design. The interior on the MKZ is very rich, however there is not as much room say as the new 2013 Lexus ES or the new Cadillac XTS. One striking feature on the new MKZ is the huge panoramic sunroof and it does open the cabin up quite a lot to give it a more open feel. The MKZ is defintley better than the previous generation as the last one did not meet up to sales of the Lexus ES or Mercedes E Class, however this new redesign may change that.

This is part one of my 2013 MKZ review. PROS #1 The car is elegant - although polarizing #2 The interior is a definite upgrade over the new 2013 Fusion #3 The technology/comfort package is full featured with an auto open/close trunk and massive panoramic roof. #4 The car can virtually STEER ITSELF on long highway drives thanks to the combination of lane keeping assist and radar cruise control. CONS #1 This thing costs $49,000 with all the options... #2...and a SLOW ASS 2.0 EcoBoost engine... #3...and the 3.5-L EcoBoost which IT NEEDS isn't optional... #4...and the moonroof makes it hard to see out the back... #5...and the plasti-touch panels aren't that great in a car this expensive...

The Land Rover Freelander is a compact crossover SUV or "lifestyle 4WD" made by the British company Land Rover; a subsidiary of Tata Motors. The current generation is sold as the LR2 in North America, as opposed to Freelander 2 in Europe. It is built on a unibody structure unlike traditional SUVs which use the more rugged body-on-frame structure. The new Freelander was first sold in the U.S. in 2007 as the LR2.
