1998 Mustang GT Flowmaster American Thunder + BBK o/r h-pipe IAC Mod
Spring is finally here! I pulled my 98 Mustang GT out of the garage (has
been in storage all winter) to make a quick Exhaust/rev video. Same Exhaust set up as my other vid (Flowmaster
American Thunder cat-back + BBK off-road h-pipe). I installed the IAC
restrictor and WOW what a difference it made in the way the car sounds.
Otherwise basically all stock motor (btw at 0:42 that is my girlfriend
coughing - not the car lol... sorry Alaine) Enjoy and thank you!

http://youtu.be/beM36hLwcKg my other Exhaust video
this vid was taken when it was 30 degrees outside. the Exhaust sounds deeper in person.
bbk x (cat less (off road)) and yes the bbk x adds more rasp than a better
flowing x pipe.
CJ pony lowering springs. strange adjustable struts/shocks.
1/2 of a coil cut off front springs without front spring isolators,
isolators are installed in the rear.
18" saleen wheels
285/35/18 rear 255 front
The Cobra is now gone to a good home, bought a 2011 GT.

Mustang GT 0-150mph
Just like last video flat until 130mph then uphill. It flattens out once it
starts accelerating past 135. I have timed the 0-60 in this video by hand
and am getting a 4.5-4.8 range with 100 popping up in around 12-12.5
seconds. If someone else can time it let me know.
268whp and 310tq at the time of filming with stock 3.27 gears. and Nitto
555's.(street tires not slicks)
1996 Cobra - longtubes, offroad x pipe, Flowmasters
A short video of the Exhaust on my
1996 Mustang Cobra after I
got finished installed Flowtech longtube headers.
The remainder of the Exhaust includes
a custom fit Bassani offroad X-pipe, and a Flowmaster catback.
Over time there have been some viewers commenting about the smoky Exhaust claiming worn rings and whatnot. I went
through the engine several years ago and the rings were fine, likely cause
was probably more worn valve seals. Regardless, it's fixed now. I went a
bit wild with it and installed a built engine (forged bottom end, 03/04
Cobra heads, Mach 1 lower intake, etc.), built T56 transmission, 31-spline
rear-end, custom E-85 fuel system, 76mm turbocharger, complete Maximum Motorsports
suspension, etc. The car now makes 810rwhp on 22lbs of Boost.
