Fatal high speed police chase - Unmarked SAAB 9-5 Aero vs Kawasaki ZX-10R *Translated*

This guy did only have license to drive cars, caught riding a bike can result in a 6 month ban. Speeding at 81 km/h over the limit (and more) will revoke your license for 8 month. Bottom line, many riders going fast on 1000cc sportbikes will run. Choppers are used rarely to catch speeders***

A Kawasaki ZX-10R fly by an unmarked SAAB. The biker has no mirrors and ain´t aware of he is being followed by the police.
At 14.30 the bike starts to pick up the pace.
At 17.10 he looks back and guns it. Soon he is gone and this unit doesn´t have the bike insight again. Although the bike is far away this unit continues to chase him for 30 minutes. More than 20 unites including a chopper were involved in this chase.
A heating debate started in Sweden if police acting appropriate due to the fact this was only a traffic violation. The biker died in the end when he slammed into a road barrier, the passenger didn´t suffer any injuries. The rider was just a regular chap going out for a ride on his ZX-10R equipped with a Racefit Growler

Many viewers have misunderstood this video, so I explain it a little:
-Speed at finish line (1mile/1609m) is measured. Time is not measured.
-First Saab does 1st and 2nd gear with ~half throttle. Second Saab has limited Boost for 1st and 2nd gear.
- three extra seconds between 0-100kmh typically means ~30meters wasted. But three extra seconds used in speeds close to 300kmh, means almost 300meters wasted.
Here is equally powerful RWD cars (if not even more HP's) These RWD's are a lot faster between 0-150kmh, but these Saabs are faster from 150kmh-300kmh. You get the point when you compare speeds at finish line. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urWWdomnncw
-A Saab 9-5 driver pushes a little too much throttle @3rd gear and looses traction. He lifts a throttle and pushes it back, but too much again and then he gears up 4th, a bit earlier than planned. (optimal is@205kmh).
Earlier that summer I broke one gearbox when pushing too hard on 3rd gear.
With new gearbox and at later event, I drove very gently on first three gears to avoid breaking it again. I pushed WOT for the first time on 4th gear @ 190kmh. You can hear it clearly on following video. Engine tone changes totally around 200kmh. Incar video is from 299kmh pull (at 1 mile race) Something happened to camera during the run. Blown Head Gasket Saab 9-3?! Start Up With LOTS of Smoke
Well a lot of you probably remember the 2000 Saab 9-3 Hatch back that we had at the dealership a couple of months ago. Well something happened to the engine to where it just billows an un natural amount of pure white smoke! They brought it back so we can get it fixed for them. In this video I try and assess what's going on and see if you all have any suggestions on what it could be before we send it to the shop. Dad also pulls it around and sees for him self. we're thinking it's a head gasket and maybe a motor mount or a tranny mount. Post below what you guys think it is and I'll let you all know when we find out. You will see what I mean and how bad this thing is haha, enjoy!
Saab 9-5 3.0 TiD engine
Isuzu V6 diesel fitted to Saab 9-5 (TiD), Vauxhall Signum and Vectras (CDTi) and Renault Vel Satis. Smooth with huge power when running right; a complete headache when the slightest thing goes wrong. Engines after 2004 (late) were revised and classic problems eliminated such as slipped cylnder liners. If the engine had been as reliable as the VAG 2.5 TDI it would have been a real winner. Easily attains 40 - 50 mpg; not bad for a 3 litre imo.
Saab 9-5 2.0T OpenSID w/Engine Mode
Activated OpenSID and Engine Mode on my Saab 9-5.
Engine mode settings are E = Economy, N = Normal and S = Sport.
In this case, E = Lambda-controlled, limited power, about 0,45Bar Boost. N = Normal map, 1,5Bar Boost and S = Normal map + better throttle response.
