The Chevrolet Aveo boasts high levels of standard equipment, and a new, motorbike-inspired interior. The funky rev counter and LED speedometer add a sporty touch to the Aveo's cabin, while the coupe-inspired styling, including hidden rear door handles and aggressive headlights, adds even more kerbside appeal. The Aveo is more practical than the excellent Suzuki Swift, and with prices set to undercut many of the class leaders, Chevrolet has created a tempting package. A new diesel version should also be one of the most frugal cars in its class too.
Chevrolet Spark hatchback review - CarBuyer
The Chevrolet Spark is a big step forward when you compare it to the Matiz
which it replaced. The bold nose and angular shape is designed to appeal to
younger buyers, but in reality the Spark looks fussy compared to rivals
such as the Hyundai i10. Power comes from a choice of two petrol engines -
1.0-litre and 1.2-litre - and both can return more than 55mpg. Considering
how small the Spark is, passenger space is good, but the boot is small. And
while the cabin looks smart, the hard, shiny plastics that it's made from

Honda CR-Z coupe review - CarBuyer
Full review: http://www.carbuyer.co.uk/reviews/honda/cr_z/hatchback/review
As fuel-prices are on the up, it's becoming harder to find genuine driving
thrills on a budget. But Honda thinks it has the answer. The CR-Z is based
on the Honda Insight, but it uses a 112bhp 1.5-litre engine, rather than a
1.3-litre unit. The petrol engine is paired with a 10bhp electric motor,
which gives the CR-Z a 0-62mph time of 9.9 seconds and top speed of 124mph.
Suzuki Splash hatchback review - CarBuyer
If there's one thing Suzuki knows a thing or two about, then it's making
small cars. The Splash is, largely, another fine example of Suzuki's
ability to maximise space and efficiency. Despite being tall it still looks
cute, but there's loads of passenger room front and back. Sadly, the boot
is far too small to make it a serious family runabout. And while it's well
built, the cabin doesn't have a great deal of flair. All three engines are
cheap to run, but none especially quick.

Chevrolet Captiva SUV review - CarBuyer
The Captiva is a large SUV that can be specified with either five, or seven
seats. Models come in two, or four-wheel drive and there's a 2.2-litre VCDi
turbo diesel engine with a choice of two
power outputs. The lower-powered model gives slightly better fuel
efficiency and lower running costs, but both have an impressive torque
figure, which aids low-down acceleration. The Captiva offers space and
practicality for a price that upmarket rivals can't match: the trade-off is
a slightly cheap-feeling interior, noisy engines and an occasionally harsh
2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS First Drive Review & 0-60 MPH Test
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS is a small turbo-charged pocket rocket that's fun to drive.
But is it faster than the Sonic turbo? That's a question that we answer in
this first drive review as we drive, test and review the new RS version of
the Sonic turbo in San Francisco. Of
course we don't just drive the new Sonic RS, we also put it to the the
TFLcar real world test 0-60 MPH test. So how fast is the new Sonic RS 0-60
MPH? Watch this video to find out.
Kia Venga MPV review - CarBuyer
Full review: http://www.carbuyer.co.uk/reviews/kia/venga/mini-mpv/review
With a spacious cabin and generous boot, the Kia Venga proves small cars
can deliver big practicality. Compared to other models in the maker's
line-up -- like the larger Carens - it's not cheap, but it does offer good
comfort and plenty of safety equipment. Inside, driver and passengers will
find loads of head and legroom, although the quality doesn't quite match
that of Kia's Cee'd.
Mercedes-Benz B-Class MPV review - CarBuyer
The new B-Class is a compact MPV, positioned as a premium rival to the Ford
C-MAX and Volkswagen Golf Plus. It's built around an all-new front-wheel
drive platform that will be used for the new A-Class and three other brand
new models. The interior layout is versatile and spacious, as well as
maintaining Mercedes' reputation for high-quality.
Kia Cee'd hatchback review - CarBuyer
Apologies for the re-re-upload, hopefully this will be third time lucky!
Full review: http://www.carbuyer.co.uk/reviews/kia/ceed/hatchback/review
The new Kia Cee'd is more of a rival than ever before for the Ford Focus
and Volkswagen Golf. It's a stylish, spacious small family car with a
quality interior, lots of equipment and economical engines. And, of course,
there's Kia's excellent buying package that includes a seven year warranty.
The ride errs on the side of comfort rather than sportiness, which is no
bad thing, but there is a slightly firm edge to it on poor road surfaces.
Engines available are two petrols and two diesels -- a 1.4 and 1.6 in both
-- while there's only the one five-door body style at the moment. The boot
is bigger than in a Ford Focus, while space in the back for adults is above
average -- there's lots of leg and head room. The biggest disappointment is
the steering, which feels overly light.

Hyundai ix35 SUV (2010-2013) review - CarBuyer
There's no getting away from the fact that the Hyundai ix35 is a
distinctive-looking car -- its tall suspension, and prominent grille and
headlamp combination help it turn heads wherever it goes. Crucially, the ix
is 10cm longer than its rival the Nissan Qashqai, and as a result there's
lots of room inside. The dashboard is clearly laid out and the car's
fixtures and fittings feel solidly made. Premium trim cars offer climate
control, heated leather seats, automatic wipers and a panoramic glass roof
as standard, as well keyless entry. There are four engines on offer,
including a powerful 134bhp 2.0-litre turbodiesel
