NASA TX & Texas World Speedway - Dodge Viper 'Rogue ACR-X' - April 25th, 2010
This is Race 3. Race 1 and 2 were not so good for me. Race 1 I was rear ended. Race 2 they called us to grid in 5 minutes and yet the race had already left. Go figure. So, before I went home, I just wanted to get in a decent race. I started out 11th because of the Race 2 fiasco. I managed to get to 3rd which wasn't so bad considering it was a 7 lap race. 7 laps? A day at the track with David McNiel of EMS Racing and the new Dodge Viper ACR-X.... This was taken at MotorSports Ranch Cresson TX February 2010. Dodge brought out the ACR-X for testing and display at the Viper Day's event... I had an opportunity to run with the car in one of the sessions.

A few laps with Tommy Archer - Viper Days - Texas World Speedway - May 22, 2010
This is Tommy Archer driving my car at Texas World Speedway during one of my race practice sessions for Viper Days. He was consistently running 1:46s in the clockwise direction with me (200 lbs) in the passenger seat. Tommy was working with me and helping setup my car.
A spin, a panic, and a stolen pass

Several mistakes here -- a red Cobalt SS spins in turn 14, four wheels off. The driver in the GT-R seemed to be really distressed by the spin and comes to a near stop at the entry of the corner causing a pile-up of cars behind him. Then an opportunistic yellow Corvette "steals" a pass from the stopped traffic. This was during a DE event where no passing is permitted without a signal from the lead car.
Generally you'd expect better decison-making from red group drivers.

Summit Point, NASA-MA race in my Honda Prelude H2 car.
Highlight vid from NASA-MA April 2010 race at Summit Point WV. I was the only H2 car to show up, so I moved myself up to H1 to race with 4 other cars. Got 4th on Sat. and 3rd on Sunday. We ran in the "thunder" race group so there was lots of fast V8 cars out there to mix it up with! Walter McKinney No. 577 1999 Honda Prelude.
