2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec Test Drive & Luxury Car Review

http://www.autobytel.com/hyundai/genesis/2012/?id=32972 The 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan R-Spec is a real screamer. With a Direct Injection 5.0 liter V-8 engine, the Genesis R-Spec cranks out 427 horsepower and 376 lb-ft. of torque. This power is channeled through an 8-speed transmission. Fuel economy remains respectable with the Genesis R-Spec netting 16 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. There are many nice refinements and changes on the 2012 Hyundai Genesis R-Spec. The chrome grille features color matched accents and the headlights have a really cool line of LED lights. The Genesis R-Spec rocks huge 19-inch wheels with high performance tires. On the inside the Genesis R-Spec is all luxury and technology. Hyundai used the finest materials and the Blue Link System keeps you up to date on with all the modern technology bells and whistles. Furthermore the sound system on the 2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec comes from Lexicon, the company that also makes sound systems for Rolls Royce. The 2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec costs $46,500. And for that price you get a fully loaded luxury car with leather, navigation, the big engine, and the 8-speed transmission just to name a few. Most other luxury cars start at this price for the base model. Oh and don't forget about the 400+ horsepower! 2012 Hyundai Azera Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/hyundai/azera/?id=32972 The 2012 Hyundai Azera is premium a Full-Sized front wheel drive family sedan. The Azera may be one of the lesser known vehicles in the Hyundai stable, but for 2012 this car has been totally redesigned both inside and out. The 2012 Hyundai Azera not only has the most horsepower in its class, but it also has the most interior space. The Azera may be one of the best kept secrets in the entire automotive industry. With a base price of $32,000 the Azera is priced in between the smaller Hyundai Sonata and the luxurious Hyundai Genesis sedan. The 2012 Hyundai Azera is powered by a new breed of engine called GDI. This gas direct injected motor is a 3.3 liter V-6 engine that produces 293 horsepower and 255 lb-ft. of torque which is the best in class. The 6-speed transmission is pretty efficient and allows the Azera to reach a fuel economy rating of 20 MPG in the city and 29 MPG on the highway. On the outside the new Azera features Hyundai's Fluidic Design which can be seen on other vehicles like the Sonata and Accent. In fact the Azera looks like a full sized version of the Accent. HID Xenon headlights are standard and LED accents add to the appeal of this car. There is a great panoramic sunroof as an addition feature. Out back a set of oval looking integrated chrome Exhaust tips perfect compliment the rest of the car. A set of optional 19-inch hyper silver alloy wheels add to both the Azera's physical appeal as well as its handling capabilities. The 2012 Hyundai Azera features all the amenities you need in a full-sized family car. There are driver controls mounted on the steering wheel, a touch screen navigation system, push-button start, Bluetooth, and more. But the real kicker is the level of comfort. There are various premium seating options available. The seats are heated, ventilated, and adjustable. Combine that with the largest amount of interior room and you have one very comfortable sedan. Some of the other vehicles the Azera is up against are the Buick LaCrosse, Toyota Avalon, Nissan Maxima, and Ford Taurus. The Hyundai Azera provides room, comfort, and good fuel economy. 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/hyundai/veloster/2013/?id=32972 When the Hyundai Veloster was released in 2011 many enthusiasts were excited to see a fantastic looking and affordable sport compact car that would give the other hot hatchbacks in the segment a run for their money. The let down came when the hood was opened to reveal a 138 horsepower 1.6 liter naturally aspirated engine that was more suited for fuel efficiency rather that for performance. Well now you can have your cake with the release of the 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo! The base price on the turbo model is $21,950. The 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo is powered by a twin-scroll turbocharged 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine based on the standard Veloster Gamma GDi engine. The turbo motor has a lower compression ratio at 9.5:1 to handle the added Boost pressure. The gasoline direct injection (GDi) motor also sports Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (D-CVVT). Power output for the turbo engine is 201 horsepower and 195 lb-ft. of torque which puts the Veloster turbo right in the middle of the sport compact car pack. The standard transmission is a 6-speed manual but there is also is 6-speed automatic version with paddle shifters. The manual is the more fuel efficient transmission at 26 MPG in the city and 38 MPG on the highway. On the outside the Hyundai Veloster turbo model is distinguishes itself from the regular model in a few ways. For started, the Veloster turbo has a huge wide-mouth front grille opening to let in vast amounts of cool air. There is also a lower lip spoiler on the turbo model. Another cool feature found on the turbo-only model are the LED lights front and back. The front projector headlights sport LED daytime running light accents which are normally reserved for high end luxury vehicles. The wheels on the Hyundai Veloster turbo are 18-inch alloy units that combine both a matte and chrome finish. The limited edition matte gray pain job will set you back an additional $800, but the finished result is well worth it. The standard non-turbo Veloster features squared Exhaust tips while the turbo model has rounded ones. The 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo can be considered one of the hottest new hatchbacks on the market. Not only does the Veloster turbo have over 200 horsepower, but this car can get up to 38 MPG on the highway. The 2013 Veloster turbo looks great and comes packed with tons of standard features. 2015 Lexus NX 300h Test Drive Video Review - Hybrid Compact Luxury Crossover
http://www.autobytel.com/lexus/crossovers/reviews/2015-lexus-nx-luxury-cros sover-first-drive-and-review-124741/?id=32972 What Lexus has lacked in its line-up for quite some time is a compact crossover. There is the CT 200h hatchback and the RX 450h which is more SUV, but there has not been anything for the entry level crossover buyer. The NX 300h has a very nice suspension system, quiet ride, and a very comfortable interior. Fuel Economy ratings are going to be about 33 MPG combined when the NX 300h hits the showroom floor. The Lexus Hybrid Drive powerplant is a 2.5 4cylinder engine that is paired with a single electric motor to generate 195 horsepower which is more than enough for a compact crossover. This vehicle is also available with AWD. The exterior styling is aggressive but on the inside the Lexus NX 300h is indeed a luxury car. The day to day driving personality makes this a comfortable and sophisticated car choice. Maybach 62 Test Drive (And Ride!) with Chris Moran
http://www.SupercarNetwork.com An in-depth review of the 2005 Maybach 62 with Chris Moran Maybach was one of the world's most exquisite nameplates in the 1920s and '30s. The original company was founded by Karl Maybach — the son of Wilhelm Maybach, who developed the first Mercedes. Some people were surprised when Maybachs returned in the form of two closely related, all-new ultraluxury sedans. Each posh sedan is filled with nearly every sort of comfort and convenience feature offered in a motorcar. Ostensibly a product of DaimlerChrysler, Mercedes-Benz's parent company, the modern-day Maybach is actually considered a make of its own. Maybachs come in two sizes: the regular Type 57 and the extended-length Type 62. Each model designation indicates the car's length in meters: 5.73 for the Type 57 and 6.17 for the Type 62. Special features include electronic braking and an Airmatic Dual Control air suspension. A rearview parking-assist camera is available in the 2005 model. Standard equipment now includes Robbe & Berking beverage flutes and a handcrafted Dunhill Collection umbrella. Standard Sirius Satellite Radio includes a lifetime subscription. Only one or two Maybachs per day are built at a state-of-the-art facility in Germany. Mercedes-Benz dealers must sign separate agreements to sell them. Exterior According to the manufacturer, Maybach styling balances classic and avant-garde features. The doors, hood and fenders are made of aluminum. Maybach says a primary goal was to deliver an "entirely new definition of first class." Twelve body colors are available, and two-tone paint schemes may be specified. Bi-xenon headlights are standard. The regular-size Type 57 is 225.3 inches long overall, uses a 133.5-inch wheelbase and rides on 19-inch tires. A standard power-closing feature pulls the door shut from the first detent position. Interior As many as 100 items inside the Maybach are trimmed with exotic woods. Buyers can mix options with the immense standard-equipment list in numerous combinations. Available accessories include a luggage set, a sterling silver champagne goblet, a humidor, a golf bag and a fluffy travel rug. Buyers may choose from six Grand Nappa leather colors and three types of wood. All four standard seats are heated, and active seat ventilation is available. Occupants can luxuriate in reclining rear seats. A television with a 9.5-inch TFT flat screen includes a DVD player. Interior features also include four-zone climate control with two air-conditioning units, a refrigerated compartment, a cordless phone with two handsets and a 21-speaker Bose Dolby sound system. Each sedan also has the Tele Aid emergency communication system and the Comand integrated control system, which are available for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Under the Hood Breathing with the assistance of twin turbochargers, the 5.5-liter V-12 produces 550 horsepower and 663 pounds-feet of torque. It teams with a five-speed-automatic transmission. Maybach claims the Type 57 can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds. Safety Ten airbags, including two adaptive front airbags, four side-impact airbags, and front and rear side curtain-type airbags, are installed.

2013 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec REVIEW

Redline Review: 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8
After seven years on the market, Hyundai proves it can build a value oriented luxury sedan that has the potential to run with the best from Germany, America, and Japan. For generation two, the 2015 Genesis now features more distinctive styling, nearly autonomous driving technology, and updated refinement bringing it closer to its direct rivals. Those of you who wants a luxury sedan that doesn't follow the norm should stop by your local Hyundai dealership, but those looking for more sportier dynamics may find some competing vehicles more to your liking.
