Heres a movie of a bad crash from Tony Thornton who continuously rolls his VW a heap of times after going through the traps. He is now the CEO of ANDRA. It also brings back memories of when we (in Australia) used to race at Calder Park and Adelaide International. The other guy in the white monaro is Peter Michaels who my dad, Michael Zotti used to race against in his yellow Holden Camira.

Jacque Bidard, an experienced drag racer, knocks himself 'out-cold' during a ferocious start line launch and, whilst still unconscious, he unfortunately keeps his foot firmly planted on the throttle pedal - with disastrous results!

phoenix vw bugorama 2010 crash
shot with a small handheld mini camera sorry about the quality its raw footage no editing! 6 crashes this day. the drivers is ok but the car is trashed. expensive stuff is ok. ran 12.20 94 mph through the lights after the crash. thanks to all the fans who helped us load the car up.

Aaron Hambridge Top Alcohol drag race crash -v- Steven Ham - Perth Motorplex 30.01.2010.
Hambridge escaped the accident unharmed after an oil line broke sending oil under the rear tyres. The car wasn't so lucky however and has been temporarily replaced with another chassis.
