This is from one of My SUbscribers who knows ALOT about these cars
All wagons from 71-76 rode on the C-body chassis (127 inch) wheelbase... (Chevrolet Belair-Townsman, Impala-Kingswood, Caprice-Kingwood Estate), the Pontiac Safari (Catalina, Bonneville, and Grand Ville wagons were all Safari's) - (Grand Ville was called Grand Safari), Olds Custom Cruiser (with 88 and 98 interiors), and Buick Estate (LeSabre and Electra series interiors). In 1977 the wagons moved to the B-body chassis and rode on the 116" wheelbase until 1996 when they were discontinued

1964 Pontiac LeMans Wagon STK # 1169
In 1964 Pontiac was making power and cool rides and this Tempest wagon is no different. Once it probably hauled kids around but now it is a custom cruiser. Painted in a two tone white with burgundy top matching the custom burgundy interior with an AM/FM/CD radio to pump plenty of tunes. Powering this wagon is a 326ci V8 with a powerglide out to a 9" Ford rear end with a 3.50:1 rear gear. Adding to the creature comforts are AC, cloth interior, tinted windows, power front disc brakes and power steering. Riding on 15" Weld wheels with 215/65/R15 in the front and 255/70/R15 radial tires. Rare 1977 Pontiac Lemans Can Am - 6.6V8 Muscle Car
I thought you might like a look at this very rare 77 Pontiac Lemans Can Am. Originally, Pontiac had planned to build nearly 5,000 of these cars, but they ran into some problems with the mold that was used to make the ducktail spoilers. Instead of fixing the issue, they decided to call a halt to production. In the end, only 1377 Can Am's were built. They were packing a 6.6L 400 cu in V8, a Heavy Duty TH400 trans, and the RTS Rally Suspension Package. The horsepower wasn't amazing due to the low compression used at this point, but for the late 70's it was about as good as you could get. They are exceedingly rare and highly collectible. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching!
