2005 Ford Thunderbird Start Up Quick Tour & Rev With Exhaust View - 88K
2005 Ford Thunderbird This year T-Bird has a 280 Hp 3.9L DOHC V8 & it's paired to a 5 Speed auto. Impressive HP for such a small displacement but FYI this engine is actually a smaller version of the Jaguar 4.0L V8. It's a nice car to look at & handling will be good as it's the same Lincoln LS/Jaguar S-Type DEW98 platform. I've driven the LS & the only thing I loved was it's handling! But IMO the T-Bird was just pointless & overpriced at $40,000. I'd put it together with other meaningless cars like the Plymouth Prowler & Chevrolet SSR lol. If you went to a Ford dealership, you were better off getting a Mustang GT Convertible which at the time was $8000-$10,000 less & thats what most people did.
