Finally got it somewhat running good, Can't wait to Dyno it and take it to the track to see what it will do!





1997 Mercury Cougar XR7 (No Mufflers)
97 Mercury Cougar XR7 4.6litre v8, replaced mufflers with straight pipe, Exhaust also has stainless steel Eastern catalytic converters.





1996 Ford Thunderbird 4.6L V8 - no mufflers
Decided to cut the mufflers and weld some tips on instead. Everything is stock except for the CAI. The rest of the Exhaust is all original including the three cats still up front.





1997 Thunderbird 4.6L exhaust
This is my 1997 Thunderbird with the 4.6L V8. I cut off the mufflers and replaced with 2 1/2" pipe. Its still got the three factory cats and still has the y-pipe. In the future I want to go with tru-duals but this is still a big improvement from the sound with the mufflers (I couldn't even tell if it was running).

Ford Thunderbird V8 4.6L Exhaust Rev and TakeOff Mustang
Only a few things done. All new piping underneath (Y-Pipe) with 1 chamber muffler up front, that leads into chrome tips. Removed 3rd cat and resonator. K&N intake. YES I know i put Mustang in the tittle... just did it for better search results u know how it is.....
